Some rooms don't have windows apparently, but ours did into a courtyard which didn't both me. Breakfast: Options were plentiful, hot eggs and sausage, yogurts and cereals and meats and cheeses and bread. They also will prepare breakfast in a bag for you if you are leaving too early to catch the normal breaky which had a sammy, a smoothie, apple and muffins. What made the situation even more upsetting was how communication was handled. My wife received absolutely no feedback or explanation from management. Instead, she eventually realized something was wrong because she had simply been removed from the group chat. That was apparently how she discovered she was no longer part of things. As far as we understand, this happened after she asked a single question: whether it was really acceptable, from a labor rights perspective, to require employees to work unpaid if they could not complete the number of rooms assigned by hotel management. She did not create conflict or repeatedly argue; she simply asked one reasonable question. Being excluded without explanation after raising such a concern feels deeply troubling and raises serious questions about how staff are treated.
