The cheese balls were delicious, a little different from the pão de queijo I'm used to but still melt-in-your-mouth good. The picanha was accompanied with rice and salad (it comes with beans too, but I opted out) and was cooked perfectly! The Guarana soda was delicious as always. However the Brigadeiro was phenomenal! Ive had it before and this one was one of my favorites. So happy to have found this Brazilian spot as I will be retuning often!

The selection is more than decent where u can find usual things including dumplings, wontons and dim sims, steamed buns (or "baos"), pork ribs, roast duck, and noodles as well as cow tripe and chicken feet. They also serve up sweet dishes such as custard tarts, silken tofu in a sweet ginger syrup and other Chinese cakes and pastries. Service is as per a lot of Chinese restaurants where speed and efficiency is priority and western mannerisms/politeness is second. However, it gets the job done, u do get what u want, and (usually) with a smile. In terms of yum cha on the Gold Coast / Brisbane area, I'm sure there're probably many of other "better" places, however in terms of consistency, I don't think many of those places can keep pace. I believe it is better doing something good all the time rather than something amazing only sometimes, especially when u are taking friends/family out for a decent feed. On the weekends it tends to get crazy busy, so if u decide to try, remember to come early (like 1200), otherwise expect to wait for a table. I recommend if you're in the area and feeling for yum cha, give this place a go.

There is a large menu ranging from all different types of brazilian food. They have an English option if you don't speak Portuguese. I decided to get the Picanha (rump steak) and my partner got the Sausage Plate. To drink we got Garana and for dessert we got Brigadeiro. The topping of cream, chocolate ice cream, fresh strawberries and chocolate sauce was heaven! Plenty of sauce to eat with pancake and dip my strawberries.
