Pretty disappointed with this place...all things from the beginning basically didn't happen like they mentioned. First, items would be in 2 weeks and alterations thereafter. I picked my outfits out in September for a Thanksgiving week wedding, so I should've been fitted and clothing home by the latest beginning of November. He did take many measurements over the many, many visits. Items didn't come in 2 weeks, it actually took about 6 weeks or so, unless they lied to me. I say this because the day I called in November they were like they just arrived yesterday, sus. How convenient it just showed the day before i called! So when items came in we did a fitting and he labeled what needed altering, we did fit and sit test. And most things passed the test except some needed to be let out since I am bigger at the waistline. Getting my items worked on was the next debacle, come Thursday, sorry couldn't get to, come Monday, sorry we went out this weekend and couldn't get to, come Thursday come Saturday. I get their Saturday and it looked like he just started working on them. He says 10 minutes and he will be done...30 minutes later Im like I don't want him to rush and mess up something, so I came back 3 hours later. Tried one outfit and it fit and he was like rest are the same so no need to try as they are the same...this was my bad and that I have had such a bad experience I took his word...now i sit here at this event scared that I am going to pop the stitches out, so instead of letting out the hem he seemed to do the opposite...will never use this place again. Since he also needs a suit for a wedding this Thursday, he decided to quickly try on a few suits to see what size fit him while he was already there. He had just gotten off a yard job and had a little grass on him, but he was not dirty and was not trying to wear the suit around he was simply trying it on for a minute to figure out his size because he didn't have time to go all the way home, change, and come back. Instead of speaking to him respectfully, one of the employees immediately gave him attitude and said, "Why are you trying on the suit while being so filthy? You know better than that." He laughed at first because he genuinely thought she was joking, but she kept going and was rude and disrespectful. If there was concern about the suits, that could have been handled politely. There was absolutely no reason to embarrass him or speak to him that way. He was already there picking up a tailored suit and trying to shop for another one, and instead he was treated unfairly and made uncomfortable. Very disappointing customer service. No customer should be spoken to like that.

He helped me fit everything and gave me tips for tightening anything that needed tightening. The man (Kay) really did well at fitting my needs well and was very kind and we had a very nice conversation. I regret giving them any money. No remorse and poor treatment of military members. Honestly felt bad for the young lady that worked there the two times I've been into the store. First time I needed to stop somewhere on the way home for a quick outfit for a work event. I didn't have time to try on clothes so I just bought a few outfits, under the impression that I can return whatever didn't fit right afterwards. Their instagram had posted about a military discount, however the cashier was not informed of it or even how to apply the discount. Huge disappointment. The boss told the employee to give me a 15% discount of my next visit, which I was extremely reluctant on taking, if I wasn't pressed for time I would have not accepted. the employee asked if I wanted to try things on, I explained I was in a rush for an event so if I didn't like something I'd return it on a later date. Second time, I went to return a few items that didn't work for me. Only to be told that they don't accept returns, even though I had receipts and tags on everything. If I would have been informed I wouldn't have bothered with that shop. There was no signs stating this nor was it on the receipt. I was then planning on again just grabbing things and then trying them on at home instead of the cramped dressing room (i have MST and get extremely stressed in tight spaces) only to be told that they would only be final sale only and I couldn't exchange them once I leave the store. What was supposed to be a 10 minute stop turned into over an hour of having to sift through items equaling the amount I was hoping for, additionally wasn't allowed to use the 15% I was promised due to my first visit. The employee that was working was always lovely and apologetic, even though it is the owners poor management, poor training and lack of basic store policies that made each experience dreadful. I had high hopes for this place since it was located between my work and home, however, I'd highly recommend not shopping here. The owner left and nasty response to me on google and took it down later. Telling me I should have reached out to her, although she was on the phone with her employee and could have offered to take my name and number down to get back to me when her personal life has settled down. Additionally, her friends seem to think of you shop there, you're disgusting and your homes are disgusting even though I had stated I have military s**ual trauma and get extremely claustrophobic in changing rooms.

She punched several holes (with different sizes and shapes yet quite similar to the holes on my Hermes belt) on a piece of leather for me to choose. This is because she doesn't have the tool to make exact holes. After all these troubles, FREE OF CHARGE!!! I couldn't believe it! According to her, she never charges to punch belt holes (even belts are not made by the store)! While I was there, I saw a huge collection of buckles, leather belts, knives, etc. they are so beautiful and quite affordable. I will definitely take my parents here when they visit the US.
