    Working with Abby was an absolute pleasure!!…read more I was searching for a photographer while on a roadtrip this summer and was having a hard time finding the right one. My husband and I eloped and wanted to do a simple wedding photo shoot. I was lucky enough to find Abby on yelp and after checking out her website I knew she could take incredible outdoor photos, which was perfect for our shoot at Garden of the Gods. She answered my emails right away and I could tell she was enthusiastic about being our photographer. She made the entire process simple and enjoyable. She was quick to respond, offered extremely fair pricing, and was open to ideas and requests. We loved Abby as soon as we met her, she has great energy and was fun to hang out with. She had creative ideas for backgrounds and poses and the photos turned out better than I ever imagined. She was really fast at getting our pictures back to us too. The day of she had a handful of quick edits that she sent via text and in less than a week I had my full gallery, which I can easily access from her website. I would recommend Abby to anyone looking for a photographer for their special occasion. She's amazing!!!

I wanted to do a family photo session (including our dog Luna) in Garden of the Gods, and it not only was a special and pleasant experience, the photos look amazing! She captured the grand but natural aesthetic that I wanted - I love the photos. She guided me throughout the entire process: provided me with samples in the location; picked out a uniquely perfect spot for the session; prompted us to take natural poses/smiles (we were all really enjoying the session so this was easy); and she was very accommodating to my requests, as I needed to have professional headshots done as well and ready by a certain deadline. I would highly recommend Abby!

    This happened in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Not sure why it says I am in California. We had went…read morethrough a very similar situation as Jessica H. had posted. My daughter had her dance recital in the beginning of December. I did not get a receipt with my order due to them being very busy which I understand. I had to reach out to her teacher who finally gave me an email address where I could reach someone at the company. I emailed them after Christmas break and stated that I did not receive a receipt but wanted to make sure that I would get my order which was about $60. I got an email back saying that they should really send an update out to everyone and that these things take time due to editing and taking over 900 pictures. Which again, I understand. After waiting more than a month I decided to email again just asking what the status was on the order in hopes of getting what I ordered before the end of the school year and her next dance recital. Here is the response that I received "Okay....so, guess you didn't receive the download email that we sent, and I did verify it was sent. Might be in your junk folder; please check as it has all the directions for downloading, and your code. " "It's not been used so clearly you didn't see our email" He did say sorry but at the same time it felt like I was being accused of not paying attention. And I have been checking my email consistently since I had gotten the first email from him. After watching the video and seeing the pictures that were taken and had to "be edited" I was very disappointed in the work that was done. Honestly the pictures that I had taken during the performance with my iPhone had come out way better that what I had paid $60 for. I really hope that her school will choose another company to use for the next one and if they do not I will be letting other parents know to not waste their money. What a shame!

The pictures took months before they were even sent out. I almost forgot that I had ordered them because it had almost been 3 months. I had received the wrong order twice and was very patient and understanding about the situation, but was dealt many excuses as to why this might have happened. Not to mention the responses I received in email from him came off very rude and accusatory at times. Multiple times I told him which show was the correct show and every time he responded that they were figuring it out and that I needed to let him know which show. Quite frustrating, to the point where I lost my patience and sent a picture of my son's group myself to eliminate anymore confusion. I was told that I would receive a refund and that it would be processed the next day, and that he would email me back the next day because their system was down. Did not happen. I sent an email a few days later to make sure I was not forgotten and to ask about when to expect this "said" refund. He apologized and mentioned that he thought he had figured everything out and that once again, needed to let him know which show my son was in because none of the emails mentioned which show he was in. Seriously?! He told me that the refund would be sent with the correct order as soon as I let him know which show he was in. He then said he would send the refund when the correct order was sent for the inconvenience, but did not receive it. He then goes on to send an email that I ordered the wrong show (which I highly doubt!) and they are mailing it out. I just received my order in the mail, of course I was not refunded as promised. Which would be fine if they would have sent a copy of the order form showing that I, in fact, ordered the wrong show. Of course he did not send any proof to back up his accusation. I wonder why. Anyway, I'm glad I FINALLY got the product that I paid for regardless of this big mess. This is not how you treat customers or clients. I will not be ordering from this company again. I'd rather take my own photos on my phone than give this person my dollar.
