I sent her the quote from the insurance company we currently had in order to match the coverage. She followed up and gave us a quote which was way better. I immediately asked her if her underwriter had reviewed and approved it. We went back and forth via emails on coverage and deductibles etc. I asked her again if the underwriter had approved it.Then she asked me for HOA CC&CR which i sent. She came back after 2 days telling me that underwriter had declined the quote. Since then she has disappeared and has not returned any of my calls or responded to any of my emails. Bad customer service. I would stay away from her.

During our 5+ months with Farmers, Ashly has communicated clearly and responded quickly to requests and questions. Additionally, she has patiently talked me through new procedures like navigating the Farmer's portal to find info and make payments. This is still a relatively new insurance relationship, but Ashly has exceeded expectations and provided friendly, professional service at every turn so far.

She was able to set us up with a very competitive group policy which we kept, unchanged, for many years. As we reached retirement age she guided us through our Medicare and supplemental choices. Now she takes care of my house, vehicles, RV and boat. Sherry (and her outstanding staff) have been extremely helpful through the years. If I EVER have a question I know I will always get a researched & well thought out response that will ALWAYS be spot on. What amazes me most is why anyone would dare consider looking anywhere else!
