I stopped in to ALL AROUND TOWING and Junior found me a great used tire! He mounted and balanced it and put in on my car in about 20 minutes. Junior was genuinely concerned about the safety of my car. it all only cost me $58. The guys at all around Towing. Oh good mechanics. Junior told me they also buy old cars in the warehouse Village tires and one really big tow truck he could pretty much do anything you need. I will be calling them again five stars.

Was a very bad experience.. the person that came out was either inexperienced didn't give a darn or combination of the both. He took some tool that looked like a hanger with a hook, and he kept jabbing it between my drivers door trying to unlock my car to get the keys. He scratched, pushed, pulled in such a way that I asked him to stop. I could hear him scratching my car. I asked him to stop the service call and I advised AllState of the unsatisfactory services as well as what I believed to be damages. it was pouring rain. I wanted in my car, but I didn't want to have the damages that I felt. I was incurring the way Holts Representative was miss using the tool. AllState sent me out another lockout service provider. The contrast in the two companies is like night and day. they got in my car within a matter of minutes and the guy showed me all the scratches that the other guy put on my car as I had anticipated. in the claims process, AllState was as bad as Holts. little to no investigation and just took Holts's word that they did not do any damages. Why in the world with a senior lady in the pouring down rain? Tell the guy servicing her car to gain entry to stop if he was not damaging the car.? The other provider was premier towing. I could not sing their praises loud enough.. conclusion if you see Holts coming around the corner run! Still in the process of trying to hold them accountable. Unfortunately, they are not being forthright and accepting the damages that that were incurred by their representative.

I called the next day for rates saying I wanted to shop around and the rude man who answered the phone said $250 would be the price, but he refuse to lay out how he arrived at that number. Regardless, that is still too high a price. Our father just passed away, and having the car break down on the trip home was harder to handle than it would have been under ordinary circumstances. I guess I should be glad that he didn't try to tack on a card fee after taking advantage of how upset my brother was, but $50 a mile is a ludicrous price. Avoid this rip-off artist at all costs!
