Then a second burner went out. Our house was about to go on the market and we called Ivanhoe Appliance Service. Ed came out the same day that we called. He was able to fix the one burner on the spot and then gave us the option to order the needed parts on our own from Amazon or he could order them from his distributor. We chose to order ourselves for a significant savings. Ed returned a few days later and installed the ordered parts and now we have a perfectly working stove. Couple of hours later (mostly thawing time because the thing was frozen up like a popsicle) and a few new parts and it's done. Extremely fair pricing (a bit low if you ask me).
