A 9am call generated a on site visit within two hours where the young man promised a fabricated replacement that would work for an installation the next morning. At 8:15 the next morning he called to say he was on his way. An hour later the newly fabricated duct was screwed into place on the ceiling and only 3 inches deep and 22 inches wide. So 24 hours, done perfectly, fits perfectly, reasonably priced and as courteous as one could ever expect to receive.
