Ordered our beers and asked for a menu. Waited another 15 minutes. Asked the server to come over after another 15 minutes, without result. 15 minutes later, I raised both arms when the server was looking our way, and they came to take our order. When it came, the sides weren't what we asked for, and had to ask they correct the sides, which they did. Food was decent pub fare. Service not so much. Enjoying the entertainment. I had considered a cab service, but my vacations are very important to me, and didn't want to have to worry about reliability, so I decided to use Greg's service, and called to set up an appointment. An e-mail was sent with an invite that you respond to confirming your appointment, and you receive a text from the driver a half hour before pick up. My driver showed up very early, and was waiting for me at my requested pick up location. Very friendly, helped with my bags, had a beautiful Lincoln, and got me to Newark in no time! He even was kind enough to look up my departure gate at my terminal for United Airlines! Also, exchanged in pleasant talk on the way! Great service across the board, and highly recommend them and will! I also, love the flat rate that includes tolls and gratuities! Takes the guess work out of your bill. I typically schedule my rides about two weeks in advance although I have made some arrangements with less notice. I like using Fox's service as it is way less stressful than driving myself.
