I've never been into a more disgusting store in my life. I needed a last minute outfit for work so i figured let me just go to target. I don't think there was one rack that was organized. Clothes were thrown all over the ground, over shelves and nothing was where it belonged. I saw one worker putting away go backs from the fitting room and she didn't even flip the clothes from being inside out before throwing them on a random shelf. The lines are also always ridiculous. I understand Easter is tomorrow but that is no excuse to let a store be this discombobulated it makes it almost impossible to shop.. so what's the point of being open? read more

My local Target always had a lot of everything. I don't know about you, but it's always been hard to me to visit a Target and not spend over $100. And that was before they added the full grocery store and $1 section. The $1 section always has something I find too cute to not purchase. And it's perfect for whatever holiday is right around the corner. This Target has a nice Starbucks. It doesn't have anywhere to sit down but the lines are reasonable and they usually have everything in stock. The parking lot for this Target is sooo big. I've never even seen it looking almost full. It's just so big. Home Depot and Staples are in the same parking lot. My one complaint about this Target is they seem to have merch everywhere. It's displayed in the aisles and the aisles are full of them stocking the shelves. read more

Check online for their Target circle specials and use their Target "Red Card" credit card for an addition 5% off purchases. My daughter and I fell victim to the usual sales pitch in the mobile department on May 15th 2025. The young lady who worked for the At&t mobile department named Clara, sold us two new phones and plans under the WE PAY OFF YOUR OLD DEVICE scheme. This sounded great until after we switched and realized the lady did not disclose that we had to pay off our own devices first, then we would receive a rebate in 3 or 4 months. I ended up paying 2 phone bills for several weeks until I could save up to pay off my old phone and my daughter previous carrier is now charging us almost $500 for her plan to be paid off and I cannot afford that so its going into collections while I am STILL waiting for my rebate. For any minimum wage worker, you know how hard this is to do. Granted I should have known better than to trust a sales person at AT&T but cmon folks are we not all human beings just trying to make it in this world? There is no reason so lie to people just to make a buck. The day I met Clara at Target is a day I highly regret and I hope to save someone else from this financial burden dressed up as a deal. I was getting my credit score up and now it will have a derogatory remark as this verizon bill is placed in to collections while I wait for AT&T to send us our rebate. Please be careful when dealing with this woman and this department in general. If i had kept my previous carrier i would have $$817 extra in my bank and a my credit score would have no bad remarks. I purchased a 128 Gb mini SD card with adapter for my FujiFilm camera. When I got to my car and tried it out, I got an error message. I went back into the store and Returns directed me to Electronics. Very nice staff in Returns. Quinn tried his best to help me and looked up a few things on the web but we both agreed my camera at 10-13 years old could not handle a mini SD of this size. He promptly gave me a credit on my credit card. I was very impressed by his knowledge. Very good service. read more

Target will always have my heart! I love going to this location because the dollar spot is 100% better than the South Side. I also feel like this location has so many more options than the other one. If I come here it's to walk around for hours were as the other is for getting milk or something I know they will have. Don't get me wrong I still love the other location but this location is definitely a special trip. read more

Bro this Target was so bad I'm taking the time out of my day to complain on here about it. All of the shelves were empty, people's trash were sitting on shelves throughout the store, the floor looked like it has never been mopped, boxes of products in the middle of every walkway, and completely disorganized. The self checkout worker was just on their phone doing nothing. I wasn't able to get over half of the things on my list. read more

Target is amazing point blank. It has everything you need and it is more expensive than Walmart, but honestly you are paying the extra cost for it not to be Walmart. It's so much less trashy than Walmart. They also have a Starbucks which honestly makes any store better than another. Target just feels like that home you have always wanted to live in every time you walk down the decor aisle. It looks clean, it smells clean, unlike Walmart. Target gets 5 stars for not being Walmart. If Walmart had class, it would be Target. Also, make sure you have plenty of money in your wallet, because I promise you you will buy things that were not on your shopping list. How could you not love a place where people greet you and always ask if you are finding everything okay? Yes, yes I did find everything I needed karen, and then some. Well done Target. read more

I understand that it's still Covid time but the Target website said it had multiple seasons (8 seasons to be exact) of a specific popular TV Show in stock at the Savannah East location, not to mention the ENTIRE series. We drove 45 minutes across town and not one season was available. Customer service was okay (3 out of 5) but Target.... PLEASE update your Savannah East stock on the website so people don't waste their time thinking they are going to get at least 1 season of the tv show and can't even get that. We also did try to call the electronic department at Target before we drove out there and no one answered... twice. read more

Always such a hassle shopping here. They have the staff but wait till there's a huge mess to open more registers hoping that everyone will go to self check out that way they have pay less people to work. It has taken me a while to come out and say this because of how much it has affected me. The other weekend I was at the Target on E. Victory picking up an online order. All of the open spots were taken and several of the spots for pick up were blocked off. I put down number 7 to alert the team I was there and waiting patiently for someone to leave. Someone pulled out of spot 8 DIRECTLY TOUCHING SPOT 7, so I moved into it to be out of the way of thru traffic. I saw the two employees looking at my items and pointing at my car. I politely said "excuse I believe that's my order!" Out of my driver side window. They looks at the order and turned away. I called inside the store and asked to speak with the manager in charge of order pick up and recited the incident. The manger, Tim, said he would be right out with my order and I thanked him. The worker came back out and before he arrived to my car I stated that the order he was carrying was not my order. He then started "uh yeah it is" with a slight attitude. I then said "actually it's not" and proceeded to show him my order details on the app and that the order he was carrying was not my name. He once again told me that was my order and I said "your manager said he was bringing out my order so I don't believe that's it. I saw you with my order before when you ignored me and walked away." He then started getting very nasty stating he did not care and then Sergio, the employee at Target said to me "well I'm not the RET*RD who parked in the wrong spot. FU*K off." I was absolutely appalled, I was shocked, speechless. I was shaking and shouted I hope he losses his job. The manager, Tim, came out to speak with me using the excuse that my car is listed as green but it looks blue but I had to leave because my infant was crying in the car due to the interaction. Then my fiancé and his boss went to speak to them and were completely dismissed. I am a disabled person and suffer from deep trauma. This has shaken up my life completely. What do I do? I've made a call to corporate and we have been told someone will contact us but nobody has. read more

This is my go to shopping destination and target all in one. I live less than five minutes from this location so you could say I'm a regular. I've gotten to know a lot of the staff members and my goodness they are always so great! The parking lot is garbage for the entire complex but I wouldn't blame that on target specially. The store is always clean and never has a gross smell that some locations have. They are always well stocked, in all their aisles. They always have a great clearance section either at the back of the aisles or in a designated section of the store just depends. The Starbucks is ALWAYS a bonus and I've always had great service there as well. I really enjoy this location and recommend the heck out of it. read more

I haven't been to a Target in years. I went into our local store in Savannah on Victory Drive and it was the most vile and unorganized store I've ever been inside. It was in complete disarray. There were clothes everywhere. There was so much more on the floor than on the racks. I was afraid to even go into a dressing room. I couldn't even find an employee. Target should be embarrassed by the way this store looks. A gas station bathroom is in better shape. I'll never go back there again. read more

Shitty management. Shitty people working here. Fitting rooms closed at 8pm and the store closes at 10pm. I went to customer service and the lady said they close the fitting rooms early if they're short staffed. That's not acceptable and I'll never be shopping here again. Yesss, I love Target! This location is clean and organized, which is ideal for a great shopping experience. I can always find really great clothes and shoes here, and their sale section is usually pretty big. This location also has a good selection of groceries if you need to use it as a one-stop-shop. And did I mention there's a Starbucks? What more could you need? The only reason I try to avoid coming to Target is because I always leave spending more than I anticipated. Doesn't that happen to everyone? I go in for one thing and come out with a whole buggy of $100 or more worth of items. Whoops. But seriously- they have everything here. A nice and clean target. Was large and fully stocked. Parking lot was large. A little hard to get to with Home Depot at the turn signal.

This store is pretty big, organized and stays well stocked with a diverse offering of the items we all need. I go here primarily for cleaning supplies and paper products but they have it all including groceries. And a small boutique Starbucks. Sometimes I can go in and come out quickly other times there are only a couple of registers open with very long lines. Nonetheless I like this location. read more

This target is about a mile or so from my house so it's hard to keep myself from going here several times a week. It's a target. It is clean and well merchandised. The staff is professional and helpful but not intrusive. I really don't have anything bad to say about this place but there isn't much that makes it different from other target stores. Pro tip: don't ever pay full price for anything seasonal. read more

The store is a hot mess today. Trash can outside is overflowing. Inside, there are empty carts all over the aisles, stock carts scattered around with no employees in sight. There is also a young man in a Starbucks hat (green apron in hand) walking around the store talking with employees, which means the employees were distracted and not attentive to their jobs. read more

Whoever the GM is running this store should be noted in HR. I came here just before SCAD started to find some things for my apartment. The shelves were literally barren. The sales associate said that they were expecting a truck the next day and that everything would be restocked. I came back the next day and they were actually worse, it was hard for me to believe. It is just bad management. You know that the school season is starting so if you're a good manager you should have your stock rooms stocked to the ceilings and every available sales associate out on the floor circulating the merchandise. When I went to Walmart during the same days and times their shelves were full. I guess this would make sense as them being the largest retailer in the world. Target on Victory, take notes if you want to move up. Your stuff is more pleasing on the eye but if there is nothing on your shelves, how are you going to take my money...? read more

Target and its employees are top notch. After purchasing my item I accidentally left them in the buggy when leaving the store. When I went back to get them I realized that I had left my wallet at home. Target could not find my items, because some dishonest person took them, but gave me all the items again with no cost and no wallet. They were very kind and I was having a bad day so I needed that, so Target is an excellent store with excellent employees and I'll say that again and again because this is not the 1st time they were great. I LOVE target, but I had to give a star off because this target could use a bit of improvement. I am giving four stars because their pharmacy staff are so nice, to the point where they are like family, they've been taking care of me for years. There's also an older woman who checks us out and we always try to go to her line because she is super nice. HOWEVER, their produce is always bad. If it isn't over ripe or bad when I bring it home it literally goes bad within a day. Some of the staff are down right lazy. We have waited in line forever some days when there is a cashier just standing around. Last year their pride merchandise was up front and visible for all to see, this year their pride section is hidden behind the patriotic 4th of July merchandise, and an employee told me it was a battle to get the pride display in this year at all. I don't know what that's about, but it is extremely against targets message. Overall it's a good target, which is clean most of the time, but some of their staff need to actually work, and their produce needs to be fresh, and they need to sort out a few issues. read more

so I was looking for some items to fill a baby registry for a couple dear friends. I needed assistance. I looked around vacantly waiting for anyone with a red shirt to ask if I needed help and they kept passing me by. I literally had to pick up the little red phone and request customer service. they said someone would be with me within 60 seconds - two minutes later I called again they said someone to be with me with in 60 seconds. two minutes later I called again and this time someone showed up at the 45th second. sadly, she was completely oblivious to where anything I was looking for might possibly be located, and called for someone else to assist who was returning from a break. the person who arrived was Jaden. Jaden was knowledgeable about the inventory the items on the baby registry and even was able to locate a couple of things not on the registry that simply made perfect sense. I was about to leave the store and do the shopping online but Jaden kept me there and next thing you know I've got my registry gifts and in such a good mood I'm spending an additional $35 on food and cleaning items that it would've otherwise purchased elsewhere. it's people like Jaden they keep places like target open - not the super fantastic low prices, not the all in one stop shop convenience, but the people and for that you get three stars without her you would've gotten one star. read more

As far as Target's go, they're pretty generic. Once you've been to one, you've been to them all. This one isn't really an exception, but it has had some nice refurbishments the last few years that make it an enjoyable shopping experience. Some people have noted in previous reviews that the management needs work, or that the shelves can be found empty around fall time. In Target's defense, they have to supply college supplies for several colleges in the area, including SCAD, who brings in several thousand freshman every September. Let me re-emphasize that, Several Thousand freshmen. And this is the only Target a decent distance from Historic Downtown. This year they tried something new also, they set up similar to black friday, with items lining the aisles, specials etc. And it seemed to really help buffer the large influx of customers. Overall, I've haven't had any bad experiences here yet, and I've shopped here for almost 4 years. Keep it up guys! read more
