Quite convenient Target. Was on my way to work, and so I decided to come here. I did think it was quite odd that there was a San Bernardino police vehicle out front with it's lights on. Then again, this place needs a police presence, I think. I walked in, found what I wanted, went up to a cashier and asked where I could get a refill on my soda stream. Very politely she told me where to go. I stood in line, and another associate asked me what she could do for me. I let her know, I paid for my merchandise, got in my car and left. I think it took me longer to make a left on Orange Show, than it did to find and pay for what I wanted. It was a pretty great experience read more

This Target has gotten a bit better. Employees are hit-or-miss miss. You can find some decent deals. The selection here is a lot better now, but it really sucks that they still have the fitting rooms closed. How do you know if something looks good or fits correctly. So, to be honest, I don't buy any clothes from here because they refuse to reopen the fitting rooms. I'm not the type of shopper that likes to bring crap back because it doesn't fit or look funny. I want to be able to try it on there. Because if I can't try it, I ain't gonna buy it! So I only shop for household items and groceries. read more

This is the worst target I've ever been to. Don't even try using the restroom because it is 10/10 disgusting with trash, not clean, no soap in dispensers. A lot of items not in stock, prices are higher than other stores as well. There was literally one worker at the checkout & every cart was taken in the store, that tells you they were severely understaffed. I would not recommend shopping at this target! I am writing this review to complaint regarding a customer service experience I recently had at a Target store. I was assisted by an employee named Sonya, and the level of customer service I received was extremely disappointing. Sonya was unprofessional, unhelpful, and appeared unfamiliar with Target's own workplace policies. I asked for a price match on an item I had purchased three days prior, which I understand is generally allowed under Target's price match policy. However, she immediately stated that it could not be done, because "every store has different pricing" which according to their policy they have to honor it. Her attitude and lack of knowledge made the interaction frustrating, and it left me questioning why she is working in a customer service role. As a regular Target customer, I expect staff to be knowledgeable, respectful, and willing to assist--not dismissive or uninformed. read more

Yikes. One of the most ghetto Targets I have ever been to in my life. Sucks that this was my nearest one before moving back to my wonderful OC. Everything is basically locked up (probably the usual suspects), theres no Starbucks or café, no music, and the store interior looks like it hasn't been touched since the early 2000s. Also there are no restaurants nearby except for some taco trucks near the roads. Glad I'm moving back to my old Target location in Westminster, you guys should learn something from them about running a proper and vibrant store. read more

Customer service is very poor in it's Customer service tatics. Young Hispanic women are very unfriendly and do not know how to talk orvtreat customers . Seems like they are only there for a paycheck and the way they want to glam up to the public! They are never paying attention to customers needs, majority of the time they are talking among other co workers about their personal life and seem like customers are more annoying for returns etc. Store is low in stock, never clean organized bins or shelves. Dirty restrooms, never been upgraded since I've lived in my city. Sad that this target lost it's food court because if other targets have Starbucks or food courts then why is this one lacking that for it's paying customers?? This Target is in dire straights for a remodel and upgrade for items on it's store. Soap and glory products were also taken out of this store which I had to find at another store 10 miles away! Went in looking for a few items.. specifically an outfit. The dressing rooms were out of service which sucked. I left all my items and just went to another store. When I asked staffed about the dressing rooms, she was very rude. Will just avoid Target. read more

What is the point of having a fitting room when it never opens. Asked a worker if it will remain close all day and the reply was "yep."

Hate this target. They always give me a hard time and they don't know their policy. One day I came to target with target owned brand clothes for the one year warranty and the worker immediately called his supervisor to tell me that they can't do it only if I don't have a receipt and it can only be cat & Jack. I have attached screenshots of the policy I got off the website. Target employees especially supervisors and managers need to go over the policy and relearn everything about target. I ended up going to a different target and they helped me with no little problem. Another day I came in, I didn't have my receipt to exchange something but I did have it in my target app. The gentleman refused to take my number to locate the receipt he said he has to scan the barcode off the app. I couldn't pull up the app because my phone was dead so I wasn't able to do the exchange. Again, I went to a different target and no longer coming to this one. This target needs new management! read more

Orange show has really poor employees working there . They always take more than 3 hours to pick items. Redlands seems to have better staff that really works in a timely matter. Your better off walking into orange show and picking the items yourself . Orange show needs better management to train and hire the right employees. read more

I came here for a few simple things, randomly. Not only did they not have what I needed but there wasn't anyone to be found that could help me. I went to the registers to look for an employee. There literally was no one to be found. On top of that, there weren't employees walking around the floor for me to ask questions of. Hmm. I couldn't find similar items. I don't know if they just weren't stocked or what. I have no clue. I felt like I walked in, ran up and down the aisles and just walked right back out. Even near the register lines, I couldn't find water in any of their small refrigerator cooler things. How odd! The other thing that was odd too was that there were no shopping carts and yet the store wasn't all that busy. The store was pretty messy too. So i'm not sure what happened there. The restrooms were disgusting and there was toilet paper all over the place, not to mention the feminine products receptacle was over flowing in a few different stalls, gross! I don't know that I will come back to this location but I also hope to not need to again. This was pretty much a nightmare. read more

This was honestly the most uncomfortable shopping experience of my life. First of all, I notice as we are walking around the store, I am literally being followed by employees and I can hear them behind me talking about "what is she getting" or "what is that". I was in there buying things for my kitchen. Then, as I make my way to self checkout, the cashier was literally standing behind me WATCHING me check out. She was very obviously moving her head around watching as I put each item into my cart. She was very loudly talking into the mic about which items I'm obviously paying for. I cannot tell you how uncomfortable and embarrassing it was. Literally scanning items and paid for it. Walked out with my very obvious receipt. I did not get everything I wanted because it got to a point where I would rather get out ASAP than buy things. Such a bad look on this store and the employees that work there. read more

Let me start off by saying that I love Target, but this location is by far thee ABSOLUTE WORST Target location I've EVER went to. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, but it's for that same reason that Target should not lower its standards. All stores I suppose have there stereotypes and well I can't help but think at times shooing at target is a more pleasant experience. This target had great and helpful staff and fair prices for groceries. I was so surprised to see just how much they have expanded there items for groceries. Everything from produce and frozen items. You can't beat the great selection of clothes and everyday house hold items. The staff was helpful and asked me several times if I needed assistance. My only discrepancy would to find an open water bottle left in the self that blended in with others. Such a thing is not sanitary but I made sure the staff knew and took care of it. Overall a great shopping experience and staff was very kind and professional. I'm sure if I'm in the area of a target especially this one I'll definitely have to come back to see what other good deals there are to find. read more

This store is unbelievable my mother in law's friend got my fiancée and i a visa gift card of $100 dollars in this location for our baby shower and the card was with out funds when we received it we didn't spend a single cent yet we called costumer service the number in back of the card and they told us this card was already used at target for that amount!!! Love their curbside pickup. Orders are ready for pick up in less than 2 hours and curbside is always on it even in the heat and rain.

Even after I contacted corporate and they said the store manager assured them that they have never been closed (I have emails to prove this). I was there today 8/24/23 at 2pm and the women at register 10 ignored me after I walked up and she clearly saw me. She saw me walk away to another register as well and she did nothing.
