    This is the worst target I've ever been to. Don't even try using the restroom because it is 10/10 disgusting with trash, not clean, no soap in dispensers. A lot of items not in stock, prices are higher than other stores as well. There was literally one worker at the checkout & every cart was taken in the store, that tells you they were severely understaffed. I would not recommend shopping at this target! Not to mention customers & workers are unfriendly & look miserable.

    Dropped by to pick up some items needed. I usually like the self checkout registers, but they were long and just decided to use the regular ones. Employees here are friendly and fast with their service.

    Hate this target. They always give me a hard time and they don't know their policy. One day I came to target with target owned brand clothes for the one year warranty and the worker immediately called his supervisor to tell me that they can't do it only if I don't have a receipt and it can only be cat & Jack. I have attached screenshots of the policy I got off the website. Target employees especially supervisors and managers need to go over the policy and relearn everything about target. I ended up going to a different target and they helped me with no little problem. Another day I came in, I didn't have my receipt to exchange something but I did have it in my target app. The gentleman refused to take my number to locate the receipt he said he has to scan the barcode off the app. I couldn't pull up the app because my phone was dead so I wasn't able to do the exchange. Again, I went to a different target and no longer coming to this one. This target needs new management!

    Ordered from orange and Redlands at the SAME TIME and orange show ALWAYS takes 4+ hrs to pick items.

    Orange show has really poor employees working there . They always take more than 3 hours to pick items. Redlands seems to have better staff that really works in a timely matter. Your better off walking into orange show and picking the items yourself . Orange show needs better management to train and hire the right employees.

    What is the point of having a fitting room when it never opens. Asked a worker if it will remain close all day and the reply was "yep."

    Hard working local people! There is also Two great hand made Taco Stand. I personally love to go order on the red truck. Amazing experience!

    Love their curbside pickup. Orders are ready for pick up in less than 2 hours and curbside is always on it even in the heat and rain.

La z boy will match other retailers prices.... La Z Boy warranty is above any of the others and their delivery fee is half what some of them are charging... Great Job!.....Delivery guys we're top notch.... They communicated with me a few times before delivery.... Took their shoes off before walking on my carpet without me asking....showed me how to remove backs to move if needed....     I decided to spend some money for a lounge chair from what I thought was a good, reputable company…read more I went to the San Bernardino showroom and requested a solid chair. I'm 6'4" 350 pounds and explained to the sales rep that I wanted a chair that will last. Even though I was very careful not to plop down in the chair, it collapsed on itself within 8 months and is now unusable. I called to start a warranty claim process back in April. They explained that they would have to mail the parts to me and that it would take 1-2 months. After 2 months, I called and they said that the parts were on backorder for another month. I requested to speak to a supervisor and CSR told me that one would call me back, which never happened. A month later I called again and the part still hadn't shipped. I again requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that one would call me back. I received a voicemail a week later from an "escalations representative" to tell me that the parts would arrive by the end of the week. She didn't leave a phone number for me to call back. The parts came today and I immediately called to schedule an install. The representative said I had to pay for the labor because the warranty was up. I had to explain to her that I had called well before my warranty was up. I requested to have an install appointment on a Weekend or Monday or Thursday. Rep told me that they only have Fridays available for the next two months. I decided to take a day off work rather than wait another two months. I have to walk by this hump of garbage every single day. It just sits in my living room, reminding me of how much Lazboy must hate me. It seems like they don't want return business at all. It just boggles my mind.

I specifically arranged for someone to be home during that time, but the delivery showed up at 12:23 AM instead. The driver waited a minute or two before leaving the package at the door while I was trying to contact the person at home to answer it. According to Bob's own delivery terms, the driver is supposed to wait 15 minutes before moving on. To be clear, I didn't even mind that they left it at the door -- I had actually left a note on the order saying to do so if nobody answered. What really frustrated me was what happened afterward. I received two separate phone calls from Bob's immediately after delivery. During the first call, I was told that because nobody was home, any damage to the item would be my responsibility. When I explained the driver barely waited before leaving, the representative changed his story and said the delivery driver would be responsible instead. Then, about 20 minutes later, I got another call saying that because I had left a note authorizing the item to be left at the door, any damage would once again be my responsibility. I mentioned that my security footage showed visible damage to the box, and the representative actually claimed the driver ripped the box "to check for damage." How exactly are you supposed to inspect furniture through a rip in the packaging? The strangest part was how insistent they were about making me accept responsibility for potential damage before I had even opened the box. Thankfully, the TV stand itself wasn't damaged, but the entire experience was ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I can only imagine the headache this would have turned into if the item had actually arrived damaged.
