Target Rocket's team turned my "SE-Oh No" into "SE-Oh Yes" (I'll fully take responsibility on how corny that was). They came recommended from a friend in a similar industry, so I wasn't going in completely blind. But from a guy who gets nervous buying a $5 knock-off fidget cube on Amazon, the thought of putting my search engine rankings in the hands of another group made my internet-marketing skin crawl. I asked them for the free website audit to get the conversation started and see if they actually knew their online marketing mojo. I was happy with what they told me - clearly I wasn't #1 in the eyes of the dear old search engine Google or I wouldn't be talking to them. All in all, wildly happy with them. Their best feature has got to be their communication. I think they called / emailed / met with me more than my mom has in the past year (love ya, moms). In the world of ever-changing Google algorithms, the last thing you want your SEO company to be is a blast hole of communication. Not an issue here. Beyond that, they're very efficient with everything. All meetings were given the option to be in-person or through go-to meetings, you can actually text them issues and questions (why are do many businesses have a vendetta against trees? Save some paper, people!), and they assign me to 1 account manager - I'm not dealing with Tom, Dick, and Harry, and Sally, and Marsha - nope, just a 1 stop shop and a person who understood me and what I wanted from them. The people at Target Rocket are legit as it gets! Their team really allowed us to trust the industry again. After being burned by another company, we had pretty much had had it. Target Rocket reached out to us and asked if they could show us how they could change our minds about SEO through their weekly reporting and keeping us in-the-loop. Call we call them Target Rocket or should we call them Life Savers? I'll let you decide. I am a small business owner and i feel like I wear a million hats and the last thing I always "plan" on doing is fixing my website.
