The furniture was delivered roughly 6 weeks later, and we were so happy with the quality and service that we ordered the rest of the pieces to complete the bedroom set. The additional pieces we ordered were a night stand and the king bed with storage drawers. Once again the furniture arrived around 6 weeks later. After the first few nights of rest, my wife and I realized that our bed suddenly felt as if it led to a ditch that we would roll into in the middle of our bed, during the night. We weren't getting much sleep so we brought this to Reda's attention. He personally came to our home to see the furniture and make sure that it was assembled properly. He thought it was, but he still reached out to the manufacturer to see if anyone has had such an issue before, to which the manufacturer said they hadn't. Reda wanted to make the situation right, which he did. He had 2 of his men come out and assemble extra support on the bed to the extent of $200 worth of supplies of which was no cost to us! This has rectified the issue and for that, we couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Also, as a serious antique bottle collector - I was slightly annoyed that I was not able to view their whole collection since it was blocked off by dozens of snack trays. We contracted Legere to renovate most of the first floor of our house. The designers and most of…read morethe workers are good, talented people with the customer's interests in mind. The head of the company, Steve Troy, is a different story. Steve has one interest - your money. We paid Legere nearly $250,000 for our renovation. Legere recommended replacing the hardwood floor in our kitchen with tile. A couple months after Legere completed the project we noticed that some of the tiles in the kitchen were loose. Legere attempted and failed to fix the problem on 3 occasions. Each time Legere repaired the floor they used a different lot of tiles. Now about a third of the tiles in our kitchen are loose and/or cracked and the tiles don't match. Today we received a letter from Legere's attorney stating that they are no longer responsible for the damage they caused to our home. Several tiling companies have seen the damage and estimated that the repair will cost $30,000-$40,000. Each time we contacted Legere about the tile problems the workers were accommodating and attempted to fix the problem, and each time Steve Troy attempted to blame the problem on us. Steve Troy has now refused to correct the problem. We are stuck with a nightmare. Our kitchen floor is falling apart.

Even if the employee was busy he could have at least suggested I look it over and email him with question when he was available. But no, I needed to make a second appointment. Which I did. Then I called the owner and left her a voicemail that I wanted to speak to her about this situation. She never called back. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED.
