I gave…read moreher my phone number and name, and even showed her my email receipt and photo ID, but she still refused to let me pick up my order. You could say it's company policy to require physical ID to pick up order, but I don't know who would steal my photo ID, email, phone number, and name just to get a $186 chair. The worst part was, I said I wanted to cancel the order and buy the chair in-store since I was already there, but they still needed my physical ID unless I paid the $85 shipping fee. I told another man about this, and they went to talk to the woman, but they still wouldn't let me pick up my order. I won't be going back to this place. They don't care about selling their products and have no regard for their customers. If you don't want to use their expensive delivery service, bring your ID. They require ID for everything, even if you're already there. It's insane. I came here from Flushing and tried everything, but still couldn't get the chair, so I had to choose another store.

He explained everything from how much interest they take and how long I have to pay with no interest to helping me call the finance company to adjust payment. With regard to delivery they were pretty much on point other than the fact they delivered a day after scheduled which is understandable because most companies close on July 4 so everything was backed up. I really recommend this furniture store not only for its precise quality, timing, but also for its very cheap price that will beat every furniture store in queens!!!!

After we made our purchases, I was unable to speak with anyone on the telephone. We made our purchases on 7/9 with a delivery date of 7/14.I received a call from the owner's son on Monday, 7/11 stating they were able to make the delivery then, but I was unable to receive it. I purchased a pantry and my 86yo mom purchased a dresser. The reason we were unable to accept delivery on Monday was because my mom had to empty her dresser and we had to move it out. We left the delivery date as Thursday, 7/14. Thursday, 7/14 came, no delivery. Owner's son called at 4:20pm to say the delivery truck broke down, however, he was trying to find someone else and would call back in 20 minutes. Well, he never called back, I received no delivery. I called him back 1 hour later, he says, oh, sorry I didn't call back, your delivery will be there tomorrow morning around 11:30am/12:00pm. I called several times today, no answer. Finally I get an answer at 1:43pm, he says it will be on its way soon, he'll call back in 10 minutes. Here we are 3:36pm Friday, still no delivery, no call and he's back to not answering his telephone. This is just bad business. My mom took everything out of her dresser drawers, a lot of it is on the side of her bed, leaving her with not much room to sleep and the old dresser picked up by garbage man and still no delivery and no courtesy of a call. Now, at 3:55pm, I have no hope of reaching him because the number online is wrong and he's definitely not going to answer his phone as he is leaving for his sabbath and will not return until Monday. I am waiting to close this review - at 3:46p I received a call saying it'd be another 15-30 minutes. It's now 6:31p; they close at 7p, no answer and no delivery. I knew at 3:46p I wouldn't hear from them again because the call came from the phone belonging to the owner's son. The person that called from that call wasn't the owner's son and he told me "I'll call back because he's leaving for his sabbath." As I stated earlier, the owner's son is the ONLY one that makes or receives calls! BAD, BAD, BUSINESS! WORST COMPANY EVER! As you can tell, at 6:42p, I am LIVID!

I bought leather sofa and love seat from them with five years protection plan. After few months leather peeling down. When I call them for help they told me to talk with owner name Mike which is never available for you. This guy is always stepped out. After couple of months harassment I have been told that the insurance company has been closed so that can't do anything. So please don't spend even a single penny on this place. Do not go there.

Before I bought, I confirmed that delivery on Saturdays was available. I work M-F, and can't be home to receive the delivery during the week. Saturday delivery was confirmed, so I purchased my dresser, and was told I would have it in 5-7 days. That was May 16th. Here we are, 2 1/2 weeks later, and I am still waiting for my delivery. Oh, it's at the warehouse or whatever in Jamaica, but they only do Saturday deliveries if there's enough to fill their truck, and in my area. If there's either less than 15 items minimum to deliver, or if the deliveries are all in a different area, then they don't deliver on Saturdays. The reps in the delivery department are extremely rude and unprofessional. The building I live in requires proof of insurance for movers or furniture deliveries, in case there's damage to the building. When I asked if they had this, her response was "You have GOT to be kidding me!!" Um, yeah... I had nothing better to do with my time that to punk you! LOL!!! Anyway, I ended up having to wait until after Memorial Day to get that straightened out. I spoke to the manager (Mike) on Tuesday and he assured me that in his +20 years, no one has ever asked for that. Hmm, I guess that means I don't need that info after all! Whether it's a first time request or a standard request, either you have the documentation or you don't. So now we move on to the Saturday issue. Mike confirmed that pretty much, if I wanted a Saturday delivery, I would have to wait around indefinitely, until they could fill a truck with Harlem-area deliveries. How can you have, in black-and-white on the receipt, "OUR ONLY DELIVERY TIME MONDAY - SATURDAY 11 AM - 7 PM" and NOT deliver on Saturdays????? His solution: refund me the delivery fee and pick up the item myself. UM, if i had a truck or whatever, wouldn't you think I'd have saved myself the delivery fee and this headache, and picked it up myself already???? Besides that, Mike actually said "I'm as high up the ladder as you can get. What I say goes." Really dude? You have a really high opinion of yourself... guess you need to since probably no one else does. So, then I called the actual furniture store on West 125th St., where I purchased the item. Low and behold, 10 minutes later, I get a call from Brian at the West 125th location to confirm that I am scheduled for Saturday delivery between 11 am and 1 pm. Hooray! SO, now I have to call the idiot back at the delivery department to get the proof of insurance. Anna tells me to get it from Brian. EVEN THOUGH Brian works in sales and obviously had to jack someone up to get the delivery scheduled... he doesn't have this info. This idiot does! It amazes me how little customer service there is anymore. The people at the furniture store itself were very polite, apologetic for my difficulties dealing with the delivery department, etc. But the actual delivery department is filled from top to bottom with idiots. Sadly, I could almost recommend that if you have a truck and could bypass the delivery department, to shop here. However, I know that I personally will not give any future business to this establishment.
