Target One of my favorite places to shop. However, this location on Century Blvd, in the city of Inglewood needs special attention. Today I went to use the ladies restroom around 5:10 pm, and it was disgustingly filthy, it look like it hadn't been cleaned in days. this review is for Steven at the Starbucks in Target on Century Blvd. He did a SUPERB job!! He was fast paced, didn't keep customers awaiting and made all 3 of my drinks fast and with ease. I always come here just because I come to Cosco but I don't really like this store at all because there is always big lines and it takes more time to pay for what you need then to actually get the items you need. They should be able to trained all of their employees that are fixing the store as cashiers so that this problem with the lines don't happen no more. I always wait more then 30 minutes in line. Don't recommend you to come buy here if your in a hurry cause not even self checkout is fast. They only open 3 registers and somehow their cashiers are really slow. read more

I ordered an item through Target.com for pick up at this store. In order to pick up my order you needed to show an ID and confirmation number. Customer service decided to give away my item to someone else with out checking for an ID or order number. I called corporate and they had security view the video in which it showed that they just gave my package! This had to be an insider job to steal orders! read more

Just had to write this review for whom I believe is the manager of this Inglewood target store . It's an African American young man , bald head , slim . He was impressive ! I was there on Sat. Sep 15,2018 . I first arrived at the customer service and this man was helping at one of the registers . Later as I walked around the store for about 2 hours , I kept seeing him another 10 times at all different places of the store , working , helping and fixing everything. At the checkout registers , at the Starbucks and pizza hut food area, at the baby area , the electronics area . Soon enough I just began to wonder , does he have a twin or maybe 10 of him ! Lol .He was so impressive working non stop ! If this was my store , I would feel proud to have this man working at my store . He takes his job very seriously and doesn't waste any time ! I've never seen anyone work as diligently at a big chain store like this one . He's running around with a pleasant face , smiling , greeting people , with a ridiculous amount of energy , making up for what other employees lack . The girl at the Pizza Hut seemed to be new , I had to repeat my order to her like 5 times ! And she kept forgetting , meanwhile this guy was there solving another problem she had , then went off again to solve something else at the self checkout registers . I regret not getting your name but congrats man , you are a great worker and definitely earn what you get payed plus you should get a raise in my opinion ! Last weekend I was up the road at Kenneth Hahn Park when my car was broken into. Cash and credit cards were stolen and shortly after I received an alert on my phone that my card was attempted to be used at this Target. It took me 5 times to get through to someone as they kept hanging up on me without even asking what I wanted. I had assumed they would want to know that stolen cards were being used to buy their merchandise. They advised I call my credit card companies. They didn't care at all that that was happening in their store. So if I call my credit card company (which I did), and my credit card company doesn't pay for their goods, who is?! Perhaps Target employees are helping this thief? I was able to give them the time the purchase was made and the amount so they could check their cameras, but they truly didn't care. When I filed my police report, the police said this has been going on for sometime. The guy has an MO of breaking in through the door lock, stealing cash and credit cards and then heading to this Target to buy gift cards. I know Target boasts about helping their local communities, but this takes it to a whole new level. Definitely not doing business at a place where they help criminals! read more

This is the worst Target I've ever been to twice in two months the person that works over near the cell phones his name is Moises spelled Moises, the major explained that he works for a third party, which explains why he's so rude there's no accountability to Target. very rude when you ask him to help you he acts like he doesn't know anything about the department. I love shopping at this Target. They always have what I need no matter if it's a home essential or even the latest electronics. Plus the Target Starbucks inside of the store is really amazing my favorite Barista Steven H. always amazingly customizes my drinks whether it's a hot afternoon or a cool summer night he always gets the job. I always want to tip but I guess they can't take it but, he insisted that if my drink was good then that's all that matters. Actually I've seen him around the store in a red shirt too. This is possibly the worst target ever! The worst customer service, went in to buy a Christmas gift for my daughter saw a kictchen play set on sell for $80 only thing was that the box was open but I was so excited got some other toys and went to check out and the cashier was so rude! Her name was ruby by the way, she rang me up and it turned out the kitchen was not on sell and I told her well that's where I found it can you get someone and she just starred at me watched the team leader walk away and said she would call them in a bit. Probably the MOST unfriendly and disrespectful experiences I've EVER had at Target. My ma gave me a Target gift card for my graduation present because she know how much I love Target! I called earlier to see if I can do an exchange for my makeup. She said yes just go to guest service. So I went. Apparently today, they had a policy for make up. Which is weird because I always buy my makeup with Target because the return policy makes things so much easier (especially for us dark skin gals, trying to find our color can be a bust). At guest services, two ladies explained the new policy but DIANA, the other cashier, was really rude and aggressive. She made me feel really uncomfortable. So I asked to speak to a manger. The manager came and gave me my options and she whispered something to the manger in front of me. I didn't quite understood what she said but I just could not understand why my exchange bothered her so much? I was soo furious I just grabbed my item and walked away. I understand policies but customer service means more. Especially when I've spent thousands of dollars with a company who doesnt even respect my business? I ordered 2 bottles of eye drops for my wife on the Internet. I went to the pick up window and the very young female staff member gave me one bottle. I couldn't remember how many I ordered, so I asked "Are you sure I ordered only one?" She said "Yes." I said okay, walked away, and checked my email. Sure enough, I ordered two. I approached the pick up window, but another Target employee got in front of me to ask the girl a question. I waited. The employee took a step backward and stepped on my foot. He said something like "Excuse me, I'm sorry, Ray." That's good, but my name is not Ray. I told the girl at the window that I ordered 2 bottles of eye drops. This target is horrible. I would never write a review unless i repeatedly come to a place and find issues. I live close and come all the time and they are always out of stock on a bunch of things. Many people at the registers are rude. You would get things that say they have deals and percentages off on the tag and twice they did not honor it. Also they give you a hard time redeeming your coupons. Dont come with your week, they never have quarter milk or 1 pound motzzarela. Huh!! Just dissapointed over and over again. Really saddens me how this target was on top of their game when it open from security to friendly associates . Now what you see on the shelves is what they have meaning poor inventory! Not to mention their rude security guard who seem like high school kids starting at you down instead of thanking u for shopping there and contributing to their paycheck. Went in to double check a promotion that wasn't working at the Hawthorne target. Unlike Hawthorne, the staff here was very helpful! The manager that helped me (Cheyenne I think was her name) was very friendly and figured out why the promotion wasn't working properly. She fixed the problem ASAP and I even bought more product! The girl who's section it was (didn't catch her name) was also very friendly, showed me the cartwheel app, and proceeded to hand check every item in stock so that this didn't happen to anyone else. If you're in the area, drive a little further and come to this target instead of the Hawthorne one. They are at least helpful and own up to mistakes they or corporate target may have overlooked! But i recently went there were these three people who were asking for money and we had said we dont have change and they kept insisting so they gave us 20min to go get our products and give the change to them. Me and my family did not shop with confort. When we came out they were waiting for us outside. The woman was talking on the phone, we handed her the money, and was still talking on the phone and did nit say nothing! This Target varies by seasons and hours you go to shop. Some days you come in and the store is clean and other times is chaos. This is the only Target in the area so its always non stop traffic, which is why I cannot figure why there are always 3 maybe 4 cashiers on the floor. My last visit upset me I placed an online order and to my dismay they lost it. It was a clearance item for training panties so it wasn't available in the store of course I was refunded but I was upset I never received my order. #pottytrainingissues lol read more

I called the store to check on product availability. First it took more than 15 rings for someone to answer the phone (ridiculous right?) then when someone answered I got placed on hold without knowing or being asked to hold. I then waited over 5 mins to tell the person on the other end why I was calling, only to be put on hold yet again. Then continued to wait for the department I was calling to answer which took over 3 mins to get a in touch with. Overall I was on hold off and on for a period of more than 15 mins! I like the layout of this store and it's the closest Target to me, but I don't shop here, primarily because of the Inglewood City Tax that bumps the sales tax up to 10.25%. Wure it's only a half percent more than other stores, but it adds up. read more
