At first I was very upset because I could not find any cutsie thanksgiving decor. I was on the hunt for a pillow and a lil blanket. I was in despair when I could only find Christmas decor. I was fuming! I was all red and I was ready to punch my fist through the wall. However the self checkout lady named Ella was so kind and helpful. She was wearing a cute brown sweaterShe helped me find these cute little turkey decorations. I LOVE Target, but this target is disgusting. NOBODY does their job EVER!! That is no exaggeration. This location has gone down the drain and FAST! One tiny example: today, I walked in to look for a pair of nude heels- the shoe section was a disaster area! Empty boxes everywhere! Shoes all over the floor, haphazardly thrown on shelves, and it literally looked like a tornado hit. So I walked out and drove 30 min to the south Grand Prairie super Target- entirely different experience. The staff actually care! Everything was organized and in its place. To the manager of Target off Carrier- DO BETTER!! Your store is worse than most WalMarts! Disgusting!! Oh yea, one more thing- stop putting clearly used and smelly items back on shelves in an attempt to resell. How gross! I tried on a pair of shoes and realized the soles (that used to be peach) were black, and they smelled like FEET!! Gosh, one more thing!! This is the worst Target in the United States. It's dirty, nasty, and very disorganized. I've come as soon as the store opens and there is trash from the previous day. Every inch of this store is disorganized and difficult to find products. There is always a long self check out line, and very rarely there is one cashier working to check you out in their own lane. I have been going to this Target for a very long time. This target has an old feel to it just being outside...but maybe that is just my opinion.They do now have some groceries which is nice! The "fast food" area needs some serious attention, it smells and never seems to be clean. I also get annoyed with the cashier's, they offer the stupid Target debit card everytime I check out. I get it you want everyone to get the debit card but I wasnt interested the first time and I still am not interested the 100th time. I never really liked coming to this target because they had such a limited food selection. But just discovered that they have made some major upgrades. This is still not a super target but thier food selection is so much bigger now. The only things they are missing is a bakery and produce. Almost no wait to check out so I am sure I will return here. As a former employee, I would advise people to exercise caution when visiting this location. Since I started working in October, there had been 12 total cases of covid 19 among target employees. Team leads don't monitor coworkers symptoms, they don't clean the store as often as they should, and they don't even take people off the schedule when exhibiting symptoms. If you care about your health and safety, I'd at least avoid this location. read more

I had a fair experience at this Target. First of all, it's a little tricky to get to from I-20. You must cross a busy intersection off the highway to enter the parking lot. The staff was helpful once you find one. The gentleman I asked for help knew exactly where I needed to look for the products on my list. Because this isn't a super target, there is a limited food selection. I was searching for a veggie tray and this location did not have what I needed. I recognize this is my fault for assuming a regular target would have everything a super target would. I had a lot of problems with other customers while I was shopping at this location. For example, I was almost knocked over by a teenage girl riding a skateboard through the store. While target cannot necessarily control the behavior of their customers, they might be able to enforce rules to prevent almost accidents like the one I experienced. read more

Target can take all my money...except this Target. It's not a Super Target, they like to stock in the middle of the day, and there's no Starbucks! Sure there's a real Starbucks practically in the same shopping plaza, but come on! I'm a People of Target and I need my freshly-made latte in my hand while I browse the fashionable clothes and home goods. Besides, I only come here on my lunch breaks so I don't have time to stop at two places. Everything here is pretty standard. The store is clean and you can find someone to help you if you need to. This Target has a small section of food and fresh produce. I'm accustomed to shopping at Super Target, so to me every section feels like it's half the size of a Super Target. The store was clean and the associates were friendly. I was there today to purchase a computer game. They had a sign above the shelf promoting/advertising the game, but all the copies of that expansion that the sign was advertising were not near the sign at all. They were at least 10 feet away. The associate in the department did help us locate it. The cashier that rang us up was very cheerful. She did ask how we were doing and then at the lose of the transaction she asked how we wanted our $20 back. Most other places we go do not ask that question. read more

I had a problem with my Redcard while purchasing and asked that my items be held at the customer service desk while I checked into the issue. I found I had to have a new card activated which takes up to 48 hours so I called the store within 30 minutes to ask them to extend it just in case the activation took longer than the usual 24 hours. No one could could find them so I go back to the store so I can hopefully find the items since it's been a short while. They were right there in plain view. By the time I went back to purchase, they were again lost. The associates at this store don't communicate, don't like to write and tag items to be held or don't know how to write. I have never felt so compelled to review a store with a million other locations. This was the strangest Target ever. Completely in disarray, and lacking in selection, too. Not the sort of thing that usually characterizes Target, in my opinion. One of the dirtiest locations I've seen, too. This Target is a cute little store with some of the basics. It can be quite hit or miss, honestly. But what endears me to this store is the fact that it's small and rarely busy. You can waltz in and find some great gems in clearance or home decor that you won't be able to find at other Targets (i.e. Super Target). While it could use a bit of a face lift, this is a great Target to drop in after work or when you need an Up & Up product, because they always seem to have that in stock. read more

Targe', the rich man's Wal-Mart. Same quality as the latter, better sense of style. This location is one of the smaller Targets, with a limited grocery section covering the essentials. The check-out lines are usually busy, but the employees are friendly and I always buy something I didn't walk in with an intention to purchase. I have to agree with the other comments. I listened to a mgr. reprimand a employee on the floor in front of me. She was loud and hateful. I went to the front to complain and she walked up to me and asked what I needed help with. I went on to tell her that it was her that I wanted to complain about! She didn't even say she was sorry about how she handled it or anything. I called and spoke with the main mgr. Not a normal Target. Horrible I would say! read more
