Target has changed so much since the pandemic. The place is like a mess with boxes all over the place. A lot of times now items did not even get Mark down to 70% off, instead they are shipped off to target resell centers. For this reason it's not really a good deal anymore to bargain hunt through target anymore. They still have a great selection of toys, HomeGoods, sporting equipment, and electronics however, with Amazon you're better off, finding better prices there instead. read more

Second trip to this store three weeks after the first time and it's clear it's a managerial problem. It's clear the team of people in charge of this store do not know what they are doing. I've been told this is a fairly new store. It's 8am and the store looks as if it was ransacked. Aisles cluttered and in disarray or left un-stocked. The store just opened how do you go home at night with it like this. Employees standing around chatting. I had to move a cart so I could get down the aisle while an employee who appeared to be a head of a team stood there and acted like I wasn't even there. She just stood there messing with her work phone. Once I passed then she moved the cart back to the aisle and seemed annoyed. It's clear there is a lack of good leadership here. While checking out in self check out I had an issue and no one to help. Ended up not purchasing the item that was causing the issue because no one was there to help out. read more

Every time I go to this location I'm followed around by the staff from the moment I walk in. I am a black woman and this seems to only happen here. I have no intentions to steal, since I have a job and make money. I used to go to Target for a good time, not to be uncomfortable because employees assume I'm going to shoplift. read more

I have shopped here for many years! I have always enjoyed shopping at this location because of the cleanliness and the kindness of the employees. The last few times when k have needed help in the self check out, it was like I did something wrong and I was interfering with the employees day! Yesterday my daughter and I visited the store and we couldn't believe how absolutely messy every department we went into was! I mean, come on! Clothes everywhere, shoes, empty shelves, etc.! I have never been at this location and it's been anywhere like this! Also, needed assistance again because the alarm went off. My daughter and I were standing there waiting and a customer walked by letting us know what to look for. We then walked over to an employee and she told us the same thing to look for and I let her know I did and continued to try and show her my receipt. She said then you are fine. While telling us that she began walking away to do something else. So apparently cleanliness doesn't exist and customer service is nonexistent! read more

Sometimes you just need several disparate things and going to four or five specialty stores ain't in the cards. Therefore, you shop at Target. While I remember anticipating for years a Target location for the upscale southwest side, what we received is disappointing. The aisles are cramped with merch and people, the double wide carts don't fit through the aisles once you're off the main drag, and there is no natural light or open space. Give me a smaller cart I can at least maneuver through the space or widen the space if you want me to fill this thing. Two customers can't even be in the same aisle because the carts take up the width and length. The clientele is better than what's at the Mart across the way, and you can feel a bit less skeezy about contributing to poverty wages of workers by opting for Target. I suggest that Target rethink their lackluster offering and upgrade to a modern Target, perhaps a two story, a Super Target buildout preferably. Yelpers, be prepared to get your groceries at Meijer or Fresh Market, and still potentially stop at another store to meet all your needs. read more

The customer service in this store, has been phenomenal. I had an issue with a purse, that I purchased there, that came apart in one area. They allowed me to exchange with no questions asked, and no hassle. I shop there every week and they are always so helpful. I'm torn here... While I'd much rather go to Target over "that other place" nearby any day of the week, this Target is somewhere between a normal old school Target and a Super Target. Yes they have some food/produce but not much. It seems to be just the wrong amount for me to ever do much shopping here. Clean store, friendly workers, sometimes cheaper than WM too. If you're looking for home goods/clothes/cosmetics definitely check here first. If it's food you need, you may need to pass. read more

Hands down, this store has the absolute BEST pharmacy staff that I have ever met. They go out of their way to help me on a regular basis. They call my insurance. They contact my doctor. They look for alternatives (when my medication went off the market). They call me to give me a heads up when there is change (significant price change or change in the size/shape of my medication or something with refills). I was very worried when CVS changed out the pharmacy, but the TOP-NOTCH service has continued. As for the store itself, it is always clean. And I have found the staff, especially management, helpful. Being disabled, I probably need assistance more than the average person, but not once has my ask for help ever been greeted with anything other than patience and kindness. Also, if you don't already do so, I HIGHLY recommend downloading the Target Cartwheel App. You can pile on the savings when items are on sale, have coupons, and then are on the app. One note, almost all the Up & Up and Market Pantry brands will be 5% off using App coupons. Target staff will help you with the app download if you need it. read more

Very clean, well organized, found some gluten free choices which was a pleasant surprise. Some things are great prices while other things are slightly overpriced. Checkout line took 20 minutes, (went night prior to easter), and my checkout lady was not friendly. I even thanked her and told her to have a great evening, she didn't respond. Do not ever purchase anything from the Target Tech team at this location. They are highly disrespectful, some seem to be sexist, have no customer service, do not care, and are very unaware of what is going on. Highly disappointed in my decision to purchase a product from this team. I have received nothing but a run around and still have yet to have anything resolved. I used to love target but not for their tech department anymore and have recommended that people do not purchase cellular devices from here. They do not take credit for their mistakes. read more

Love to shop for bargains at Target. Also love Starbucks. However, they have had high turnover and they are now downright rude at Starbucks and this rudeness applies to nearly all of their management. I have been treated deplorably by their management on at least four separate occasions in the last month and so far corporate has been of no help. Going to have to find a new place to shop.
