A lot of stuff always seems out of stock, but the place seems clean. Also the pharmacy here is HORRIBLE. My fiancé has tried to fill an RX here 4 separate times, and there has always been a problem. They never seem to have the RX he needs (and they've always been different medications.) They're also always rude and never work with him. Needless to say he is switching pharmacies. read more

This is my favorite Target, hands down. The layout is awesome, they always have a great clothing selection and it's for the most part pretty clean. I know where everything is but that doesn't mean I'm ever in and out, I could browse forever. The customer service is why this place loses a star. The women manning the dressing rooms, 9/10 times are rude and won't even greet you as you walk in. The cashier's are not as bad, usually pretty friendly. On Thurs. 8/10 I exchanged a bed sheet set and purchased additional items from Target - Farmingdale 100 Willow Park Ctr. When purchasing my items I questioned the Cashier of Target's sale on bed sheet sets in which she stated that she "don't know that's the price on the screen". Every single employee of Target should know all current promotions and if are unsure should immediately contact a manager for confirmation. The Cashier recklessly bagged all items and tossed them to the side as she continued to ring. I had to physically reach over the counter to grab the plastic bags to double bag the heavy items. The Cashier did not even attempt to assist me. The Cashier placed my change on the counter rather than respectfully placing my change in my hand. The Cashier then disrespectfully dismissed me and proceeded to serve the next guest with my bags and change still on the counter. When I asked the Cashier for a large plastic bag to carry the smaller 6-7 bags(walk 1/4 mile to office), she then in a belittling and degrading tone yelled at me stating "I gave you enough bags I'm not giving you nothing", completely humiliating me and implying that I may use the large bag to steal items from Target. I informed the Manager on duty, Stacey (refused to give last name), of the incident and requested the name of the cashier as well as the district manager's telephone number. I provided the manager with the Cashier's ID # (REC#2-7222-1866-0074-3144-4 VDC#750-289-743) however she refused to give me the Cashier's name and stated that she needs to do an investigation and review the tape. She deliberately ignored my request for the district manager's telephone number. Rather than apologizing the manager stated that "TARGET'S POLICY IS TO ONLY HAND OUT 1 PLASTIC BAG". She then reiterated that she would do an investigation and review the video tape and contact me at 1:20pm. The manager did not contact me at 1:20pm, in fact I had to contact her at 2:20pm. Once I introduced myself to the manager she immediately hung up. The manger made no attempts to contact me. read more

This is my local and favorite Target (I'm biased, so what). I am disappointed to say having been to other locations it's pretty small in comparison, but I've never had a problem finding what I was looking for. It can get pretty busy on any given day so beware. It's in a pretty commercial area so their peak times would be lunch time (maybe 12-2ish) and definitely after work hours (maybe 4-7ish). The employees are always helpful and know where to point you, on more than one occasion they've actually brought me directly to the item I was looking for which was nice. I've never had an issue in terms of cleanliness, and returns or exchanges have always been a breeze. read more

We bought 3 excellent bikes. But more important, we had the best customer service ever. Stephen, Chris, Erika and Joe were amazing. Going above and beyond to assemble a bike rack and put on the bikes. Could not have done it with out them. Tarjay.... they have a little bit of everything. This one has plenty of parking and is very convenient when Im out on a Costco run(right down the street). It has plenty of check out lanes and unlike other Targets not much of a returns line. read more

THE worst Target I have ever been to! There was so much crap in the aisles, that it was difficult to find anything I was looking for. As far as baby registries...don't do it. I was unable to find a kiosk to access the registry (perhaps it was in a blocked aisle). I wanted to purchase 2 baby toys which should have been included in the "pay $50, get a $10 gift card" offer. Both items were located next to each other with the toys...with a sign directly in front advertising the deal. I mentioned the deal to the cashier since I wasn't offered the gift card. Two other employees came over to assist...one was obviously a manager of some sort. The "Manager" told me that one of the items wasn't a toy, therefore I wouldn't be getting the gift card. The item was clearly a toy in the toy section....and no it wasn't a sole item that was put down in that section by another customer - there were many of them. My disappointment was with the "Manager"...very unprofessional...she wouldn't even look at me. She should take some training from the cashier, who was actually very pleasant. I will not be returning to this store! read more

The week before Super Bowl, we purchased an Emerson 1.7 compact refrigerator from Target for 85 bucks. It fit fine under the counter in the den, worked when plugged in, so we tossed the box after a week! In a month and a half, this piece of garbage stopped working, spoiling all stored within it. During this time, we were forced to get new Amex cards, thanks to the carelessness of Target. When I went yesterday to return said junk, I was told I needed the box. I said who keeps a huge box for over a month. No boxie..no returnie! They said credit card number..I said your company sent me mail requesting I change my credit card due to theft of card numbers. No credit card number- no store credit. I left the garbage in the store, not wishing to carry out a broken refrigerator again. I called cs, I got Nicaragua ..I requested to speak to the US..I held for 20 min, nothing. I called back..I got Nicaragua ..I again requested the USA ..I got Canada. I gave up, told the rep from Canada my problem. She will get back to me ASAP or in 48 hrs. Nice Target..so much for being an American company that stands by their products...you didn't say which America I guess. read more

Tonite is the last time I will shop at this store. They have one register opened and rely on self-service machines that do NOT work when you bring your own bag, scan coupons, or pay with gift cards. I will be going to an alternate store or shopping at the Walmart down the block where checkout is simple. read more
