I would rather shop at Walmart than this abomination of a Target. This is the worst value of all stores except Gamestop. This staff looks like they come to work straight from a meth lab. Red outfits for employees? Non existent, half in semi red street clothes ignoring everyone while doing task at hand. Disheveled and dirty, and those are the employees. Shelves empty, "not my job" is answer to everything, manager non existent. Called me Karen when I asked them to check stock in the back, which is something they used to do regularly for me. The new Target policy is now, "Ignore upset customers until they leave," good luck, just go to Walmart, Best Buy, Meijer. Anywhere but this understaffed nightmare of a shopping experience. DID I MENTION NOTHING IS EVER IN STOCK. Oh, by the way, nothing is ever stocked but don't ask for help. Sorry for my frustration but first segregation against minorities, now they just don't hire any employees with any value. One of the oldest target stores in the Metro area, and its smaller that most Target stores, so they don't offer Beer and wine, or fresh produce and groceries like Allen Park or Dearborn Hts. But I have to say that employees are friendly, those not many around on certain days. Great place for a quick stop and run out store. Constantly improving on certain things. read more

This target is the closest to my house and work, and normally I have a good experience here, so I'm not going to let one rotten egg spoil the whole dozen--or this review. Generally this store is clean and quiet and sane, which is a blessing because I've seen some doozies in other cities. However, checker De'ira seemed to have the hottest of dates waiting for her at breaktime because just as I walked up to her line with the pack of pens and white out to get in behind the woman in front of me (who only had ~6 items anyway), she flips her light off. "I'm closed," she sneered at me, shielding her contempt for someone having the audacity to ask her to do her job behind the thinnest of veneers. I quickly glanced at my watch--2:23--she couldn't be going on break at such a weird time. I held up the two tiny items in my hand--"C'mon, I've only got this..." Before "this" had even cleared my lips, her fiery retort cut me off--"SIR, I said I'm closed." Shocked at her rudeness, I felt myself make a stink face, as I walked around the cheskstand to go check MYSELF out. Like I said, I like this store. But if I see Bad News De'ira again, I'm walking the other way. She has no business in customer service. read more

I was so excited to go to target but this store doesn't seem to give off the target essence. It is just a store with stuff. It was a bit disappointing but its the closest target and I will probably be coming here often. They have all the items you would find at a target but this place is a bit small. I've been to bigger and cleaner targets. One star just for their bathrooms. Clean and everything is of new technology. read more

I'm okay with this Target. I really do not like the layout of this particular location because it doesn't have good shopping flow. Regardless, I've found that I have no problem spending money here. There are usually employees around when I need to ask a question. The store has been organized when I've come in. My only complaint is the overall layout. It's hard to relax and browse here because the flow of items I browse just isn't in the right order. read more

I have gotten expired food at this Target twice now. I don't understand how these things aren't being pulled from the shelves. This is the closet Target to my house, but I will gladly drive the extra ten minutes to go to another Target. The online inventory at this Target is always incorrect. I have never had this issue at any other Target. The mobile pickup is also very slow compared to other Targets in the area. I only use this store as a last resort. I will give it two stars instead of one because there are some nice employees here. read more

Dear target. I love you and your store but the target by my house two weeks I've gone twice dealing with customer service desk and I have to tell you. RUDE. Just rude people working there. I will NEVER go back to this target again. The problem is some of the people at the desk. Don't talk. Get upset with you when your card isn't working and blame you and say you must not have money which I had money and worked when she moved me to a different card reader AFTER taking my card out of hand so she could do it. Down to picking up an order tonight and them only having one scanner which is fine but didn't tell me and made me sit there for 10 mins with my hand out while he didn't say one word not even hi or explain what happened with the scanners and then walk to the food area and get charged the wrong amount and not giving back money.. highly upset read more

I used to work at this Target for over a year , highly DON'T RECOMMEND. No team lead genuinely cares about their team members. The head boss Jason only cares about the money & not Targets team members , nor does he even acknowledge the work that we each put into his work tasks. They give excessive work and give such little hours . Literally can sometimes be 5 hrs. They require expectations that put a hardship on every worker there & they all talk about it . I only stayed for so long due to my personal situation, god knows everyone's reason . Something needs to be done, it's truly disappointing to see this in my community. Does this target have everything you need? Yes. But is this the target you would like to go to? No. Why? because none of the stuff are in order and everything seems a bit shattered or displaced. also for some reason it's a bit more darker than the usual target lighting. and you walk around while wondering if you're at the right place. This particular Target is not one of the best, BUT my pharmacy is located there and it is great! I've gone through 3 different CVS pharmacies and switched over to Target when they merged. The pharmacists here are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and we're at the point where they recognize my voice if I call them on the phone. I have never been a fan of this location & I've been to a bunch. Customer service is null & void. There are usually lines at most times of the day. The stock is similar to most Target's & I just don't get that "I want to spend my money here" feeling. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The workers here are absolutely awful. I'd like to call out "Ms. Michelle" for being extra rude to me when returning something. Treat your customers better or even better yet--corporate Target, if you read this, replace employees at this location. Allen Park is 1000 times better. Like Everyone else stated. This Target Location Is Horrible. The People who work there treat you like criminals. Managers and Employees have no respect for customers. They all think they own the store. Went in there to buy something and they talk to you like you are a piece of garbage annoying them while they talk to their fellow employees. They feel like doing whatever they want to do. The ELECTRONIC DEPT is the worst. TARGET DEARBORN EMPLOYEES, YOU DO NOT OWN THE STORE. The store is also depressing. Trust me go to Allen Park. Will not be returning here. I have never gotten so many unwelcoming looks and have been openly discriminated as in this particular branch. I love Target overall and will keep shopping but this particular location is not for me - the way I was treated here is against everything I stand. People in this store should not be allowed to treat people differently who are different ethnicity, gender, race, etc. from them. It is true, I am "assuming" this is why I was discriminated, because I saw how I was treated and how other customers around me where treated. The crowd that shopped at the same time as I did was not any better. It could be I misunderstood and the other shoppers and staff here are just rude, disrespectful and lazy. I am a huge fan of Target, but not this one. I think I saw maybe 1 employee my whole half hour in the store. The crowd and/or locals are not the nicest and are quite rude and impatient. The store itself is not very maintained at all and refused to even use the bathroom. Not much is stocked on shelves at all and frankly, not worth going in to the store at all...Drive a bit further to the next Target. read more

Worst Target in all of Dearborn. The layout is always a mess and the customer service is the rudest I have ever experienced. The cashiers roll their eyes at you and they all stand around and stare and make jokes about the customers instead of moving off their rears and actually working. When you need help they can sense it and turn their back and ignore you and/or run away. For a minimum wage job they sure do act like they get paid more. read more

The pharmacist is EXTREMLY RUDE when I pick up my medications each month. He questions me about why I get so many different medications when I'm so young and he even denied to fill my prescription for no apparent reason. I have multiple health problems and need my medicine to get me medicine through the month and don't deserve to be treated this way. I will never go to the pharmacy at this location again. read more
