Infinite Electric & Air Pending Review…read more04-29-26 Review: I recently posted an excellent review for this company but have since learned that they didn't do the work that was needed to fix the problem. They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

This seemed highly suspicious, especially considering the fact that the part was still under warranty and I would have only been responsible for covering the labor charges. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and declined his offer. As it turns out, the actual cost of the repair turned out to be a mere $225. The significant difference between the initial quote and the actual cost was truly shocking and disheartening. It was clear evidence of the company's dishonesty and attempt to take advantage of customers like myself. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Jorge's lack of transparency and integrity. It is incredibly important for businesses to be honest and ethical in their operations, and regrettably, this company failed to uphold those values. Update: The response from Jorge regarding my review makes matters worse. He denies ever going to my property and misrepresents the circumstances (there was no other AC company that worked on this job - Jorge was the 1st one to come out). Jorge lacks integrity and is extremely dishonest. See pictures attached for proof that he was at my property. Stay way from this company. Just be honest Jorge and don't rip people off. I had a problem with pool heater he found many problems with the heater only 4 years old. The unit had a leak had to be recharged spent 2 hours. He also found issue with the pump filter. My pool guy informed me yesterday he couldn't get lid off pump for months (caused heating problems) to change filter. Mike from Halo got the lid off no charge and was able to determine the problem. He contacted the heater manufacturer, the unit receiving a new compressor covered under my warranty. All we need is to pay a fair install fee. It was so nice to meet someone who is an honest business repair person not ripping off older folks. I never used Yelp b4 yesterday I will again!

My AC system in my new (18 months old) house leaked a puddle of water. I thought it was a clogged…read morecondensate line. Turns out the pipe inside had the glue fail and leaked through the sleeve. I called Mr Cool yesterday, said it was not an emergency, and they sent a tech this morning who saw the issue, and fixed it promptly. Compared to my old house in Fort Lauderdale, this AC unit is efficient and sized properly; a quarterly maintenance plan offered by Mr Cool will keep it that way. I'm very pleased with the service and results and definitely recommend the company.
