I do not suggest hiring this company. I hired them to replace an AC unit. I was out of town so…read morecouldnt show them the unit itself, which is located in a highrise called Oasis Grand where many AC contractors perform work. I also sent them a picture of the actual unit inside. They said they will send a tech to view an outside unit so they'll be able to identify which unit the inside actually is. I texted them to re confirm the unit and they were confident with everything & sent an invoice. I then applied for a 0 % credit offer through Eternity's program to finance the unit. I got approved after a hard credit inquiry and on the day of install, they said they cannot replace the AC unit because they dont service that type of AC unit. Instead of admitting fault, they also made excuses that the original unit was modified, etc after the tech viewed it, I then asked him to send pictures. When the pictures were not sent they said building didnt allow them in. In essence, they lied about seeing the actual unit on install day. I then asked them to assist me with reversing the hard credit inquiry and they did not respond or do anything to assist. This hard inquiry dropped my score by around 10 points! This company is very unprofessional and dis honest.

Infinite Electric & Air Pending Review…read more04-29-26 Review: I recently posted an excellent review for this company but have since learned that they didn't do the work that was needed to fix the problem. They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

Very disappointed after six years as a customer…read more We had been customers of Florida Cooling Solutions for approximately six years and recently purchased two maintenance agreements for $200. We were therefore very surprised to receive an email stating that the agreement had already been used for one service visit, had ended in December, and that the company would no longer provide maintenance or future service at our property. What is particularly frustrating is that this was not communicated to us when we purchased the agreements or during the time we were being serviced. After six years of doing business with the company, I expected much better communication and customer service. The email also states that our property has specialized access and ladder requirements that are outside of the company's ability to accommodate. If that is the company's position, I can respect a business choosing not to service a particular property. However, after six years as a customer and after paying for maintenance agreements, I believe this should have been communicated much earlier and much more transparently. I am especially disappointed by the way this relationship has ended. Customers should be able to expect clear communication, consistency, and professionalism--particularly after years of doing business with a company. I am sharing this review because other customers deserve to know that purchasing a maintenance agreement does not necessarily mean the company will continue servicing your property, and I strongly recommend getting the terms and service limitations in writing before purchasing.

My experience with Jorge from GC American Air left me extremely disappointed. I felt Jorge tried to…read moretake advantage of the situation by providing a quote of almost $1000 to replace an outdoor AC blower motor. To make matters worse, he mentioned that if I decided to postpone the repair until the next day, the cost would somehow decrease to around $800. This seemed highly suspicious, especially considering the fact that the part was still under warranty and I would have only been responsible for covering the labor charges. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and declined his offer. As it turns out, the actual cost of the repair turned out to be a mere $225. The significant difference between the initial quote and the actual cost was truly shocking and disheartening. It was clear evidence of the company's dishonesty and attempt to take advantage of customers like myself. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Jorge's lack of transparency and integrity. It is incredibly important for businesses to be honest and ethical in their operations, and regrettably, this company failed to uphold those values. Update: The response from Jorge regarding my review makes matters worse. He denies ever going to my property and misrepresents the circumstances (there was no other AC company that worked on this job - Jorge was the 1st one to come out). Jorge lacks integrity and is extremely dishonest. See pictures attached for proof that he was at my property. Stay way from this company. Just be honest Jorge and don't rip people off. I know you need to make a living as we all do. But be fair.
