At first, told me there would be no charge to evaluate the issue but my bill showed that they did. They tried to charge me $277 bucks for a fix that ended up not even fixing the issue. After some complaining, they removed the evaluation charge but $195 is still too much for not having fixed the issue. Months later, I had a plumbing issue with a bathroom faucet. Just needed to be replaced. I didn't realize I already used them once before. Life is hectic. I lost track. And I was regretting reaching out to them but decided to give them a chance. The universe intervened and said, "nah." They said they'd come around 4PM the same day. They never showed up. I reached out to them asking when they planned to arrive. No response. Reasonable, honest plumber who does excellent work!…read more On June 6, 2026, I was in the Bronx helping a family with a water leak in their nearly 100-year-old house. This review is 1.5 months late because I wanted to be sure that the repairs made by Felip at GME Plumbing held up after he completed the plumbing work. I took pictures and sent them to Felip and he provided a reasonable estimate which included parts and labor, so we hired him. Felip and his helper did excellent work, left the place clean, and took away the rubbish. We paid the price in his estimate; there were no surprise extra charges. He 1) Repaired a leaking shower, replaced seat of valve with a special tool. Two previous plumbers only changed the washers and the leaks never stopped. 2) Replaced washing machine valves located behind shower wall. 3) Removed an old leaky toilet and replaced it with a new toilet. It's been over a month since the repairs were completed and there have been no leaks. The water bill is 40% less because of the repairs Felip made. We are very happy with Felip's work and will definitely use him again should we have further plumbing issues.

First, let me give credit where it's due. They arrived quickly and the guys who came to do the work…read morewere great. Areas of improvement- Their virtual assistant that picks up when you call is atrocious. Took the appointment but they dispatched the wrong guys for the job I needed done. I also was trying to get someone at twebber and dealing with the AI assistant to call back the person who called me is impossible. The plumbing manager Matthew is a moron. 1/10 do not recommend. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.
