But their top specialty is tuétano (bone marrow) served with tortillas and all the fixins. All of the above are delicious and can be washed down with horchata or lime juice with chia seeds. The chorizo with the eggs had great flavor, and the salsa was tasty on top of the molletes. They offer freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee, and this meal is not expensive at all.
