Obviously the important thing is parking which was easy on a Sunday morning because really where is everybody in central Texas at that time during the week? Place was HUGE but comfortable at the same time. They had a corner with games and toys for families and kids. The spice section had delicious flavored sugars that we didn't get because our four year old was ready to go. Breakfast was the perfect size. Sometimes you expect a really large portion then feel disgusting but the amount they gave was just right. They all came with a side of fruit and yogurt. Coffee was a little sweet and less coffee than flavor but that's okay because we were expecting that. The German chocolate coffee drink is the way to go. Overall a good experience.

The staff (shout out to the ones I've met so far) Kevin, Brittany and Terrance took the time to explain how the cafe works. so many delicious options, I went with the jalapeno popper omelette which did not disappoint. Brittany helped navigate a coffee I would enjoy and I did! Based on her recommendations we tried the bacon (Yum!!) Biscuits (don't miss!!) ranch potatoes, hash browns & the chicken honey biscuits (wow!!). Portion sizes are large freshly made. They know what they are doing here. The owner was raised in the area, trained at prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and returned back into her roots to open the establishment, worth a day trip to see the bluebonnets and take in a meal. The lasagna was just ok. We were quite disappointed in the chicken fried steak. It did not seem like it was seasoned at all, the batter was very bland and unfortunately, adding salt and pepper didn't do much because it would've been better if the batter itself was seasoned.
