It's just $5 no biggy but figured I'd mention it. I was also looking forward to the complimentary hot towel wrap and beverage advertised on schedulicity but perhaps that is only for returning customers as well? - hopefully next time. She really understood what I wanted and the vibe I was going for. She's easy to talk to and it's like hanging out with a friend who happens to have a very special skill. When we first walked in, we were greeted by a gentleman right away, and I asked if he had any open spots for a haircut today. My son usually just gets a simple shave up the side ,shorten the top thin it out comb over to the right. For the first time cutting my son's hair, it wasn't that bad and I'm not complaining about the haircut. My problem is after I tried to explain to him what I wanted it. He looked like he didn't care or wanna deal with me anymore. I tried to ask him to trim it up a little bit more a little bit shorter, and he looked at me like I had another head growing. He left all these baby hairs on my son's forehead for whatever reason. I had to come home and finish it up myself. My son was really disappointed until we got home and I fixed it up.
