So I really love this place! Beer, and they sell Big Green Eggs! 2 of my favorite things! We like to go on there food truck friday nights. Huge fan of Tap It! My husband and I live in Atlanta and have become big fans of the growler craze. I was excited to hear that a growler store had opened in Gainesville for when we were in town visiting my family. Tip: It's actually located inside of True Value Hardware on Thompson Bridge. Tap It has the best selection of craft beer in Gainesville. Not only can you sample before you decide what growler to purchase, but they also offer flights for purchase (maximum two per person) for a great price. The atmosphere is super casual and chill and a great place to enjoy a flight of beer with some friends. Additionally there are dart boards, free popcorn and they are dog friendly! Was having a good time with my husband. The girl not to far from me who apparently worked there was at a table vaping. I'm almost certain that vaping in a public place is illegal I didn't mind the vaping it's when she blew it towards the ground right next to me!!!!, and laughed I don't smoke and certainly don't appreciate second hand smoke! Her and her boyfriend both went into the bathroom?! Umm why? To much shady stuff for me. Had fun the first time I went Won't be back. read more

We ordered a few kegs for a party at work and they provided the CO2, bucket, dispensers, and all of the fixing to go with it. The deposit wasn't bad, $100. The ordering was quick and easy, so was the drop-off and pickup. I've never heard of growler before but I'm excited to go back and try it tomorrow. read more

First discovered this place on my birthday in the summer of 2016 when it was in its infancy. Returned today to see how beautifully it has evolved, now serving wine in addition to the beer selection. Tap It provides the means to do this without the commitment that comes from buying a six pack of craft brews. The staff are friendly and attentive and will let you try whatever you desire. Once you've picked a beer, you buy a container (that you can reuse at their store later) and they'll fill it up for you.
