My son (5year old) had been attending this
school for 8 weeks until I had him withdrawn from the flagship
centre in Whitechapel. Classroom conditions are very cramped and overcrowded.
The school also has onerous terms under terms and conditions. The school charges
£50 every 28 days for Saturday and Sunday 3 hour sessions. I withdrew my son
from this school for three main reasons, (1 and foremost) I felt health and safety was
being compromised as they (at one point) had 30 children (under 7years old) in a
tiny classroom.(2) When I raised my concerns with management
(Mr Nouman), he seemed uninterested and demonstrated a poor attitude by saying
If you don't like it then leave. I found Mr Nouman unhelpful and
completely uninterested in my parental feedback. I told him that I would be
lodging a complaint to OFSTED he responded by saying do what you
want we are a private organisation and are not answerable to them
OUTRAGEOUS!! (3) they're priorities are messed up, number
1 priority for them is to get as much money as possible from parents even when
the service being paid for is not provided.. I was charged for one session even
though all classes were cancelled because of parents evening,,,,,Another time
they had a problem the front door (shutters were not opening) and suggested
that I drop my son off to another classroom in another building down the road..
Where my son would share a classroom room full of other students and my sons class
would have they own (3HOUR) session at the back of the classroom in unbelievably
cramped conditions. When I said that I
did not feel comfortable with this and demanded a refund for that session they
Mr Nouman refused, saying that under their policy classes can be cancelled at anytime
without refunds.
Every Muslim parent wants a good foundation
for Islamic education for the children in a safe environment; this is NOT the
place to be sending them for that. I will be contacting the local authority to
raise my concerns. AVOID THIS SCHOOL. read more
