The owner Jessica aka Cat was very fun to talk to along with the other ladies! I had my wax session with Alex. She did my Brazillian and legs really quickly and was very thorough she even took care of some pesky ingrowns. I've been waxing for a long time so generally it really dose not hurt, but it was painless. I will definitely recommending this place to any and every chic I know! I never use this, last month on the 10th I went in and asked to use my free tan which the girl was about to do when the girl to the right said tans are on sale for 10 bucks today why not save it for a day when it will be full price. So today I wanted to use it and mysteriously the complimentary tan for all my troubles the previous time is "no longer" on my account and the rude female manager claims I used it back in May when I didn't. She then threatened to pull cameras I'd love to see the footage ma'am. And since her employees don't remember she wants me to drive to the Fresno location so I can see where she marked I got my tan (that I never received without paying for it) horrible buisness. 0 stars for customer service alone. Roger manager who originally gave me the courtesy tan, now calling me on a blocked number, after I threatened to post this review with the female manager, saying "what did you lose" and arguing and harassing me. I told him numerous times on the phone call that I did not want to engage in this phone call. It was harassment yet he continued to discuss their policy on children being at the facility which again had nothing to do with the situation at hand. It's the customer service aspect. It's not the fact that it's a $40 tan. I can afford a $40 tan. It's the customer service that is the problem at this facility and management's lack of accountability and respect for their customers.
