I asked what I'm guessing is an apprentice hairdresser why my hair was so dark and was told it will get lighter the more I wash it as the toner will dissipate. Was in tears after I left bc my once cute sunny blonde hair is now the color of ashes..grayish brownish..and my roots are now darker than my natural color..wth! Sorry to inform you but we like to take our time making sure that the work we put out is perfect so if it takes three hours or if it takes five hours depends on your hair texture , length , and thickness and desired result , I suggest that you find a salon that is willing to sacrifice quality and rush for your extremely precious time - best" David might want to work on his customer service skills. He lost two potential clients due to his extreme rudeness.
