The only possible negative I had, was that I thought they were a tiny bit slow, but I'm not from the area; I'm from the west coast, and I'm used to everything being fast, lol... So maybe they aren't slow for the area. They were also more affordable than I thought they would be based on the location, which was a great surprise!

I knew my color wouldn't be correct in just one sitting...and Courtney lightened it to what I wanted. She was knowledgeable about her color and knows how to hone her craft. She had me in and out in 2 hours...a record for tone, highlights wash and blow. Base was lightened - not too much cause the highlights really brightened my whole head up. The owner was sweet, did not charge me for what they did and reimbursed me for a wig I had to get and some products. But my hair is not the same and not growing normally. I'm not sure what happened today but I left this place in tears with the worst color I've ever had…read more I came in for blond highlights and left with orange hair. The stylist tried for 3 hours to fix the orange/brass color...the harder she tried the worse it got. My daughters cried when they saw my hair. The stylist offered to fix it later tonight or Monday. I refused because I'm scared she will make it worse. If she could not get it done in 5 hours then I don't think she would be able to fix it.
