Got a cut at Super Cuts recently and had an enjoyable experience. I walked in and did have a bit of a wait as they only had 2 stylists the morning I went. But once I got in the chair the stylist made quick work giving me trim just the way I wanted it. read more

I had a horrible experience here, on Feb. 18th, 2025, with Jo. Jessica made a Facebook post, and I reached out to book the appointment with her. She explained it was a free haircut, and she needed a certain style done. I agreed to the hairstyle and told her I would be there at the agreed upon time of 11am. I showed up at 10:50 am and I was greeted by Jessicas Supervisor at the front desk. I told her I was there for the appointment, and she said, "Oh Jessica..... can you come back later?" I felt confused and explained to her that I had booked the appointment with Jessica, and this was my appointment time. She then proceeds to get up and walk around the counter and stands extremely close to me and starts to whisper, "I'm Jessicas supervisor and she is not ready yet. She's struggling and can't do the hair cut correctly." While that's completely understandable I then asked, "Why did no one properly communicate with me? I had hired a babysitter and took my time to drive out here." Did no one think to message me or give me a call and let me know the appointment time could not work out anymore? Jo said absolutely nothing and just stared at me and then finally goes, "Oh well I guess I can cut your hair then. Would you like that?" I ended up letting her know I was leaving while she took her time cleaning up a seat for me. I left because it was apparent my time was not valued there. On top of everything I didn't even receive an apology or any accountability that someone had messed up. I even had a $20 tip for her because I was so grateful to recieve a free haircut. I'm a stay at home mom and I don't really get to do anything for myself. How I was treated by Jo was completely unacceptable. I hope she takes the time to reflect back on this experience so she can make sure this doesn't happen again to another costumer. read more

I walked into supercuts and asked the girl at the desk if I could get an eye brow wax, immediately the stylist behind her (later identified as Kylee) says not today & not tomorrow. The girl asked her if she heard what I said and she responded, yeah, she asked for highlights and the girl said no she asked for an eyebrow wax. She said yeah, we can do that. I put my name down and I wait. A stylist gets finished with her customer and calls me and immediately Kylee yells, they were before her very rudely. I am not sure what her problem with me was, but, I feel as soon as I walked in there, she had something against me. If this is the way your establishment does business, I will make it very clear to anyone e who listens that this is the way people are treated by your staff read more

worst place ever to get a cut. they totally screwed my hair up down the skin. I asked for a fade and they shaved it all the way down. Ended up going to bladez barber shop and they got me right! Ill be going to blades from now on. read more

Very irrated lady cut my hair. She was mad that the other two ladies was only cutting one haircut to her two. Seems like they were trying to see who could do the least work. Had my eyebrows done which was fine but she said I had oily skin caused by eating too much fast food. I took offense. Haircut came out fine. Will not return. read more

I got a great haircut and color and my son got a great haircut for reasonable price and very short wait time

So I moved away from Panama City after the Hurricane but prior....I faithfully went to the Lynn Haven location. My stylist there ( Jordan)was fantastic!!! Her cuts were always consistent and perfection. I recently went back to PC for a visit and had scheduled an appointment with Jordan and was so excited to see her again. Unfortunately the night before someone called and cancelled my appointment. Jordan was sick. I was bummed because I had gone months without a haircut because I was just so nervous to let anyone eles cut it. Against my better judgement, I ended up going to the 23rd street location. I didn't wait very long and I was called back. The stylist seemed a little "all over The place" Then, announced that it was her first day. She asked what we were doing and I showed her a picture of my usual cut. ...an inverted stacked bob. Not necessarily an easy cut, but her reaction nearly sent me through the FLOOR. Her face dropped and she said..."Um...ok" as she nervously fiddled with her hair tools. Then she looks at the manager and says...."I'm going to need help". Turns out that the manager did the cut then told her to finish it up. The girl made no effort to even clean up my neck or hairline. I could not get out fast enough. The cut was very choppy and just horrible. Never again. read more

I always go to Jo, she's the best, I can relax and allow her to use her judgement knowing I'll be pleased with her choice.

I went here looking for a simple layered V cut with a touch up to my curtain bangs. I left with essentially nothing. The stylist who did my hair never said her name but i think it was Shelly? She has short red wavy hair. I am 90% sure she was not sober while doing my hair. She was acting completely out of it like it was her first day there, and In the middle of her trimming, she started talking about how much she loved peach vodka with orange soda water?? I'm not sure why she said this. I am not of drinking age, nor was alcohol ever brought up by anyone but her, so i just had to sit and nod like she was making any sense at all. She also made me take off my mask and when i said i prefer to keep it on she said it would get in the way, which i understand, so I took it off, but then she claimed i was going to get a "carbon dioxide sickness" and talked about how bad masks are for you. ‼NOT COVID SAFE‼. She also made it a point to bring up that shes a self proclaimed "political rebel". I didn't ask about politics or anything, i was quiet almost the entire time because i did not want to engage in conversation with her while she was doing a horrible job on my hair. She also gave me nothing I asked for. She took point scissors and started hacking at it from the back, she did absolutely no cutting, it was all hacking at random pieces of hair. She ended up doing little to nothing to it and it looked the same as when it started. There is no V shape in my hair at all. And as for the curtain bangs, i told her all they needed was a quick touch up trim and she starts twisting my hair and is about to cut NORMAL BANGS. I had to tell her to stop and that i just wanted them how they already were, just trimmed. She proceeded to cut them without sectioning it so it was just blind cutting at that point. I asked for a layered V cut and a touch up and left with a small trim that i could have done myself. All i wanted was a haircut and i barely even got that. I ended up telling her it was fine the way it was so she would stop because I did not want her to ruin it. I cannot speak on any other stylist in this shop, i am sure they are great, but I want people to know who to avoid. I didn't boast and make a big deal or refuse to pay, i just want to warn people to avoid this stylist at all costs. Personally, I would fire this woman immediately as it puts a pretty big dent in impressions, I will not be coming back here :( read more

I've been coming here for years. I venture out and about every now and then if out of town but NO ONE does guys or girls haircuts and color better. Prices are amazing. I always call for appointment and they get to me with little to no wait. read more

Supercuts - My daughter getting her hair done. - Hair Salons Near Me - Panama City, Florida

This was my third time coming to this salon, the last two times I was pleased with what was done. On April 2nd 2023, I went in at my scheduled appointment time of 12:30. I showed the stylist what I wanted, I showed her a picture of her previous work and I said I would like exactly what you did before. (Which was a grey cover up, few highlights) she said ok. Mind you I was in her chair from 12:30-3pm. When she turned me around, my hair was blonde. I was like ... telling myself... don't over react, maybe it's the way she has it styled. So after paying $186.95 and a $15 dollar tip, I went home and inspected the color and to my surprise the underside wasn't right, the high lights did not go to the roots, and my hair looked hideous.. these were only supposed to be highlights, so I called the salon Monday morning because the salon had already closed for the day. On Monday when I called the salon and I spoke to someone in the salon, they said that there was no management available to help me on Monday. They said to call back Tuesday and asked to speak with Brittney because she was the management that would be available for Tuesday. I decided instead of calling to just go by because I was already out and about for the day when I went by I went inside. I asked to speak with Management but Tracy the one who cut my hair and messed my hair up. She said I did what you asked I took out the picture of the one I showed her the one I asked her could she do because it was her previous work and she said she did what I asked her to do and I said no you didn't she got up she said I'm gonna go get a Management. She was unwilling to correct her mistakes... Management came out. I explained to Brittney (management at 23rd street location)that I showed Tracy and how I asked her to do this picture the one on the left, and she produced what she wanted to on the right and Brittney looked at my hair and said "oh I like it"..I said that's fine but that's not what I asked for and that's not what I paid for. Brittney said you seemed happy when you left on Sunday I asked Brittney, "did you asked me if I was happy on Sunday", she said no, and I said then how can you tell I was happy? I asked Brittney ( management for 23rd street location) If they have a Facebook page or a website that I could leave a review She told me no three times. No, they did not have a Facebook page nor website that I could leave a review. I found that very strange and odd because most businesses do while standing inside the salon, I looked it up for myself and to my surprise, Brittany (Management) lied to me. There were many places to leave a review. Because they did not wish to correct there mistakes, and because I do not trust them to fix it at this point. All I want a this point is a full refund. I also paid to have it fixed. read more

A few years back, my father had passed away very suddenly, and I decided to cut 10" from my hair to be cremated with him, and a stylist named Brittany was able to not only make my hair look fantastic, but also build a connection with me as a person. I'll admit, it's been years since then, but tonight I went in, by my own mistake, 20 minutes before closing time, but a wonderful stylist named Marissa did such an amazing job cutting away years of long and abused hair to make me feel confident again that I can wear my hair anyway that I want and still look great! She, too, was amazingly friendly, and amazingly talented! I will absolutely be back! read more

I took my son across the street to cost cutters, where we weren't greeted by the staff. We left and went here; we were greeted and promptly seen. My son is 4 and the girl who cut his hair, Jessica, was very sweet and patient with him. We were getting ready to pay and she noticed an uneven section of his hair and fixed it before we left. Every time I take him somewhere else for convenience, I always regret not taking him here. This place is great and we always have a good experience. There is also a neat race car seat. A wonderful place for kids. read more
