The owner was sweet, did not charge me for what they did and reimbursed me for a wig I had to get and some products. But my hair is not the same and not growing normally. The stylist tried for 3 hours to fix the orange/brass color...the harder she tried the worse it got. My daughters cried when they saw my hair. The stylist offered to fix it later tonight or Monday. I refused because I'm scared she will make it worse. If she could not get it done in 5 hours then I don't think she would be able to fix it. She even called Frances back in to the salon to color my hair. They both did an amazing job. I have extremely fragile, fine hair that gets damaged before it grows past my chin. It is very difficult to work with and I have always been so self conscious about it that I would never wear it down. Both the cut and coloring have made my hair look thicker and healthier than it's ever been. I'm wearing it down all the time and don't even have to blow dry or style it to make it look good. Patty and Frances listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend this salon to anyone with difficult hair who needs cosmetologists they can trust.

This perm did not have any curl so I had to use a curling iron myself to style my hair. Since I am disabled this was very difficult to do. I cannot bend my body in certain ways to use a curling iron. The haircut was just so so. Like another poster said Patti is a know-it-all. She also sold me a product that made me believe it was a colored mouse. I had mentioned that my colored mouse was no longer in production. After I got home and read the directions I found it was actually semi-permanent color she sold me. I have my own semi-permanent color that I use. I have not used her product for which she charged $20 and said the only place to get it was at her salon. She was recommended by a number of people for which I took their word. She tries to book you ahead of time so that you're always trapped saying that she fills up fast. I will not be going back.
