Waited the 4 minutes then went to the front desk to purchase glasses and BROOK was not at the front, and another customer had gone into the open sunbed after I was marked down for it. Ended up leaving and going home. Called the salon on the 30th and my name was marked down on the sheet for the open sunbed. It was BROOK here again this morning and when I got here, she said someone had just gone into the open sunbed. It was Brook that I dealt with both days, disappointed in whatever work she has done because somehow I keep being forgotten.

If I could I would give 0 stars…read more I'm leaving this review because Sunsera recently purchased The Lemon Tree, and every stylist there walked out. They brought in John from Sunsera as a fill-in stylist, and he is the one who ruined my hair. I went in for blonde highlights. Instead, John turned my roots a very obvious light orange. My natural hair is brown, and the result was nothing like what I asked for. The roots were patchy, uneven, and impossible to hide. Afterward, the experience became even more frustrating. The salon was closed for three days straight, no one answered the phone, and no one returned a single call. I had to go to another salon because I needed to look presentable for work and couldn't walk around with orange roots. The second salon tried to fix it, but the color was so far off that they said I now need a full dye and highlight redo to correct it. I've already spent $120 at Lemon Tree and another $265 at the other salon, and my hair is STILL not fixed. Sunsera/Lemon Tree refused to take real responsibility. No apology, no correction, nothing helpful. They offered a $95 credit I will never use. They didn't provide any color-correcting products--no blue shampoo, nothing. I have photos of what my roots looked like before going to the second salon. This whole situation has been embarrassing, stressful, and unnecessarily expensive. If this is how Sunsera operates after taking over a salon, people deserve to know. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

It is clear now why the company needs to use Groupon to bring in business. The lady who did my mani pedi was great, however the quality of the services was subpar. Every single one of my shellac nails started pealing off within a day of my service where they usually last a minimum of 2 weeks and ended with me having to superglue the nails back into place for my bachelorette weekend - so sad - pictures below to prove. I had really considered returning to this spa exclusively after I was so happy with the initial service - after the lack of quality though I would not recommend this spa to others
