I brought my grad dress to Ana's Sewing after a previous seamstress absolutely butchered my dress…read more From now on I will only trust Ana. After finding out my dress was cut uneven, and poorly done from a seamstress I first went to, I thought I was out of options. After spending good money on my dream dress, and seeing it in such state really broke my heart. I called Ana's Sewing and they took me in right away. During the appointment I was reassured there was still hope for my dress, and Ana went through plenty of options on how she could go about fixing my dress. She did not once pressure me, or make me feel uncomfortable which I greatly appreciated after having a horrible experience with the previous seamstress. I felt right away as if I could trust her. Ana made me as a customer, a priority and worked on my dress as careful as possible. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and making customers feel at ease. I will from now on trust her with any future alterations. I got my dress back in less than a week, and I was in shock about how nicely done my dress was. Even though some alterations on the dress could not be fixed unless cut further shorter, she did a fabulous job blending it out. Great price overall and very satisfied with Ana's work!

The worst prolonged (years) retail never-to-be-resolved-by-management experience I've ever had…read morewhich included beyond numerous attempts at communication (I was given wrong emails and disconnected phone numbers), being lied to by the owner Doug about a repair/replacement to soles that disintegrated that he never intended to honor, refusing to honor a $55 credit balance from when the company had a different owner (when you buy a company, you buy the assets and liabilities...they don't think so), and the last couple of months, Jonathan said he would honor the credit and then urged me to buy something without using my $55 credit...so they would make more money...assuring me that a $100+ luggage tag was a bargain. I wrote to him several times, first to the fake email he gave me and then the main email over the last few months, with my order including the sale discount and $55 credit applied...and I was ignored completely. I just got email responses from their main email address (iconshoes2022@gmail.com/and 2023) saying Jonathan was traveling and would contact me. They treated me beyond disrespectfully. I'M STAYING AWAY from liars and toxicity....these artsy products deserve a retail experience that is happy and respectful from start to finish. Zero stars. There are lots of beautiful shoes and bags to be bought elsewhere!
