Jason was helping me, he took time to explain why he brought out the shoes he did. He must have spent 1/2 hour with me and 20 minutes were after the store closed. My wife purchased $350 boots and when the toe started peeling off, all I got was "there is a 6 month warranty or go to a boot repair place to get them reglued" if they are purchased the previous winter (not even a year of use), this is a pretty asinine response really. Thanks for standing behind your product. Guess what we're not doing in the future? btw, you are in a very small market and your clientele list is even smaller. Maybe think about your customers and the product you sell.

My choices of stores is limited for the type of footwear I need, in Saskatoon. I have some foot problems and have always worn high quality footwear and have had to frequent this store on a number of occasions. This week, the service was terrible; My feet were not measured. I advised the staff member as to what I needed. Two suggestions were made and I was given boxes, left to unpack them and try them on. When I did have a sales person later on, the individual was unable to advise me on the fit, other options, etc. I left without a purchase. I went to different store, was given better service and was advised that the items I had been trying on a short time previously were not the right fit for my feet at all. I left with appropriate footwear.
