My choices of stores is limited for the type of footwear I need, in Saskatoon. I have some foot problems and have always worn high quality footwear and have had to frequent this store on a number of occasions. This week, the service was terrible; My feet were not measured. I advised the staff member as to what I needed. Two suggestions were made and I was given boxes, left to unpack them and try them on. When I did have a sales person later on, the individual was unable to advise me on the fit, other options, etc. I left without a purchase. I went to different store, was given better service and was advised that the items I had been trying on a short time previously were not the right fit for my feet at all. I left with appropriate footwear.

I wrote to him several times, first to the fake email he gave me and then the main email over the last few months, with my order including the sale discount and $55 credit applied...and I was ignored completely. I just got email responses from their main email address (iconshoes2022@gmail.com/and 2023) saying Jonathan was traveling and would contact me. They treated me beyond disrespectfully. I'M STAYING AWAY from liars and toxicity....these artsy products deserve a retail experience that is happy and respectful from start to finish. Zero stars. There are lots of beautiful shoes and bags to be bought elsewhere!
