I cancelled back in October of 2025 because of a death that took a huge toll on me. I decided at…read morethe end of February I would go back. Two weeks later they tried charging my card. ( I always put it on a prepaid card because it's online) I hadn't loaded it yet so it declined. They refused me service after 2 weeks saying I started my account on the 16th I told them I started on the 24th and the woman I spoke to on the phone was so rude to me she hung up. I had to email them. Requesting to have a manager call me or to simply cancel my membership. Well about 10 emails later I've yet to receive a phone call from anyone apologizing for the rudeness of the employee, not even in the emails was it ever addressed. They came up with a fake contract saying I electronically signed it and never cancelled my membership back in 2025 therefore they had the wrong information on the fake contract. Once I told them about a lawyer being involved I never heard another word from them again and they got to keep $59.00 for my 3 whole tans that came out orange looking. Terrible service. Terrible place. Never going back. I used to love this place and recommended it to everyone. Now I wouldn't bring my dog there for a cleaning. They will rip you off and make up excuses. The vibe is horrible and the place was always dirty when I walked in. Who ever took it over shame on you! Bring back the good people that actually cared about what people wanted Instead of how much money you can line your pockets with. This place will be shut down in no time if it keeps going like this.

I'm of a very pale complexion and decided to try spray tanning for a wedding in California. I had…read morenever tried this before and when I booked the appointment the woman was incredibly helpful and talked me through the process and how I would need to prepare. The appointment was effortless (apart from me getting myself a little lost!) and the woman was extremely nice and understanding. I believe her name was Amanda but I'm not entirely sure as I've been all over the place today! The process was painless and very quick and she instructed me the entire time. There's another review stating she was pushed into purchasing products, my experience was completely different. I was shown products which would help keep the tan fresh and I opted to buy the travel size to try them out, it was all very pleasant and I didn't feel pressured in anyway. I'm confident that if I opted not to that it would have been absolutely fine! I'm going to see how I like the process of the tan on vacation and would definitely return if it suits me.

This was my first adventure in spray tanning, and Glow did not disappoint! While it's not a perfect…read morescience for coverage, it was pretty darn close and anything that was a little off was not at all where it was going to be noticeable. I had a ballroom dance showcase event that I wanted to have some fresh color for, so I went in the day prior. The only downside to the whole process was that I felt like I should be standing still and dry for at least 12 hrs, and I was unclear on when I could actually take a full-on shower (with soap). I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because I left Glow feeling like perhaps my new tan was going to come off by the next day if i wasn't super ultra careful (and prob smelly due to no shower). It turns out that while some of the intensive color did come off with my first rinse, the remaining color was perfect for my dance event and I would definitely come back here again for the next showcase. *Note - parking is near the back of the building and the entrance is the same for the adjoining salon - just have to go up the staircase to find your Glow. :)
