I have visited Tandreas a few years ago and liked it a lot. This time, I took mom and my honey. The warm, unpretentious yet still professional service made us comfortably welcome.
Potato soup, sea bass, lamb shoulder, truffle fries; all super delicious. Both, a Weissburgunder and a french red blend (les tentes), were nice. Espresso was standard. Creme brulee was classic. Moscato grappa was not so impressive.
Overall, Tandreas is an excellent restaurant -- in Gießen. read more
