I contacted Tandette when Google suspended my business page after I changed my address due to a move. One service they offer is reinstatement of Google Business pages where they communicate directly with Google on your behalf. I had heard that Google is notorious for doing this, but also that it could be tough to get pages reinstated, so I decided to hire someone who specializes in this because my years of 5-star reviews are my business's capital when it comes to my business's reputation. Before choosing to work with Tandette, I thoroughly researched them online. They have a professional presence on LinkedIn, Google, Yelp and Facebook, as well as a thoughtfully designed website. That said, after the initial email contact, I did request a callback because I wanted to talk to an actual person to make sure they were legit, and Ben called me back promptly. He is friendly and professional and took my concerns seriously while answering all my questions. I later realized that both Ben and Penny were on vacation, so were calling me from there, which I really appreciated and certainly wouldn't have expected, had I known they were taking some time away from the office. In my opinion, this really shows how dedicated they are to their business and helping their clients. A few days later, I had a very helpful phone call with Penni to discuss my particular case. I'm delighted to say she is also very friendly and an excellent communicator. Ultimately, to my surprise, Google reinstated my profile thanks to a slight modification I had made that apparently satisfied their guidelines. This meant that I did not need to avail myself of Tandette's services after all. Penni didn't hesitate to offer me a refund in this case. If Yelp had a Beware Star rating this so called couple who say they are in business to create websites would score 5 Beware Stars !!! Ben and Penny are nothing but a bait and switch ripoff couple taking advantage of new up and coming businesses trying to get off the ground . I will speak for at least 3 different companies that are fighting for their money back right now that never received their websites as promised after paying in full !!! All the clients being strung along for months after the promised completion date by games of phone tag , endless excuses , claims of miss communication and flat out lies . Once the client wants no part of the headache anymore they use the excuse that they have time into the design and can't refund their money in full . Then the game begins of chasing down their fake employees to write you a refund check that you never receive . If you like not ever getting what you pay for and headaches waisting time chasing your money and then spending more money on attorney fees then this is your website design company go to . So if I could give them zero stars I most definitely would. On July 10 I contacted Tandette and spoke with Ben about having a website built for my business. I was told that it would take 30-45 days for my website to be finished. I paid in full that evening. On July 22 I spoke with Penni over the phone and did my design consult. At that point she informed me that if I didn't have a logo that I could pay them $98 to create one for me, but they couldn't move forward without it. That would have been nice of Ben to mention. On Aug 27th Penni contacted me to schedule a date to hand my website over to me. After several back and forth emails we settled on 10 am Sept 10th as the date for the website reveal. At 10 am Sept 10 Penni did not call, in fact I had to email her and tell her that she missed the appt. She emailed me back saying that they weren't in the office and that someone should have reached out to me, citing a breakdown in communications. Finally on Oct 21st Penni reached out to me to set of another website reveal date. Again after some back and forth we decide to set the meeting for 5pm Nov 2nd. Again I was ghosted by Penni, I received and email two hours later saying she switch up the dates. At this point Tandette was far overdue on their self imposed timeline (90 plus days) and had shown an inability to keep set meetings. So I asked for a refund. Which as of today I still have not received. I email Penni on Dec 26th informing her that I had not received my refund yet. At which point she said her CPA would not be in until the Jan. 2nd. On Jan. 2nd I emailed Penni asking for confirmation of the refund. I never heard back. So on Jan 4th. I called Penni demanding a refund, she told me that her CPA would be in on the 6th. I told her that wasn't good enough, they had over 2 months to get me a refund. I told her that she needed to learn how to run a business and that I would be leaving this review and contacting the BBB.
