I am able to ask her questions and she always has the latest information available. i trust her and I feel she cares about my well being. Dr Ordinario explains any testing I need and spends enough tine with me. I don't ever feel like she is rushing to get to the next appointment. I am hoping she will be my doctor for the rest of my life.

Staff are nice enough but all seem to be fairly new and not super friendly. The "were using a new portal so wait times will be longer" is a terrible excuse for a 30 min wait just to speak with a receptionist. I am trying to schedule a follow up appointment and have currently been on hold for 43 minutes. I will be looking for a new doctors office this afternoon.

If you are looking for a provider who will spend time with his/her patients rather than rush you out the door in 15 minutes, then look no further than Dr. Zwaan. Also, if you need an FAA certificate, its 140 bucks and done the same day. Quick and easy. Plus there were two other pilots there getting their annuals, so I am not the only one who things so.
