I went a few days ago and asked to quickly tan on a lunch break and could not be spared the 20 minute pitch, having to buy new eye wear, letting me know my tan likely won't be great without one of their lotions, etc. It's too much. Googled other tanning and came into The Reef. Jory (spelling?) was incredibly helpful and understood I just wanted to try the one tan. Of course she gentle mentioned other things but it was subtle and classy. Overall just impressed with the facility, the cleanliness, the true professionalism and sales and understanding what real customer satisfaction is...that's what brings in more business! Loyal customers come from feeling like the staff really listens not from uncomfortable, high pressure sales. (Even when you are already a member) Well done Jory and The Reef! All the girls love working here and you can tell by how much work we put in at this salon. We work together to come up with good deals and always put in extra effort in cleaning EXTREMELY GOOD!!!! I lost both my spray tans, I called and they said I used it in January which the last time I was there was August? So who used my pass? Never had any of these issues at other tanning places. I have tried to speak to the owner or a manager and I get one person telling me they will fix this and the next that is saying that I can basically kick rocks!

We went in a few months ago and they said she had to be 13 (she was just a couple of days away) but the girl was super sweet and we understood. Fast forward a few months and we go back. The girl working (brianna) says "does she have an id?" I said no, she's 13. She said "oh is that the age she can do a spray tan? I'd have to check...what about a school ID?" I said "well a school ID wouldn't have her age, and the girl last time said she could tan when she turned 13". She said "you need to bring her BIRTH CERTIFICATE..."To get a spray tan? Are you kidding me? Also the fact that she wasn't even sure what age she needed to be and said she had to check with her manager but then never did.... There was a line behind us and my daughter was already embarrassed so we left. We've had no problems at European Tan or Sun Center. I would go there instead!
