When I arrived at the office, Crystal was there to greet me and was very pleasant, which made me feel at ease. After getting my x-rays, Doctor Jeff came into examine me and then told me I would have to get a deep cleaning. The thing I really liked about Doctor Jeff was that he explained everything to me and even showed me the x-rays. Jalynn, which is the hygienist, was awesome. This was the best experience I've ever had getting a deep cleaning. She was very pleasant and informed me everything that she was doing. Whenever I felt a little bit of pressure on my teeth she stopped and listened to what I had to say. It was ad good as it can get on a deep cleaning. This place is like a family unit. I felt very comfortable very relaxed and it's the first time I ever left a dentist office and not being afraid to come back. Crystal is really good at explaining everything about payments and what needs to be done. Angel is also part of the front office crew and she is just as pleasant as anyone could be. so anyway, after this long winded review, all I have to say is that I recommend this place to anybody. I used to like this place. Perhaps it's about time to let go. And yes they didn't have to write…read moreback to tell me to look for other dentists elsewhere. I already did. I did expect to get the partial back because I have suffered for it. But that they had the audacity to cancel the service because I wrote a formal complaint letter to express my concerns. Such arrogance and condescending manner. This is how they value their clients. Perhaps because I am only but one of the thousands of customers that they may have. But anyway here's my review. No longer quality dental smile. I am the end user and here's my encounter. Throughout my appointment, multiple technicians took turns to obtain a cast for my lower teeth partial. The impression tray was too large for my mouth, causing significant pain as my lips and mouth were stretched repeatedly in all directions, multiple times. By the end of the procedure, my mouth felt so sore and I was crying in pain. The dentist did check my mouth and apparently said there was no injury however the blisters developed a few hours after that day. I took photos as a keepsake to remind me of the pain and a lesson learned. I was disturbed by poor infection prevention practices. A couple of times, my face was wiped with rough and wet brown paper the same thing we use to wipe hands dry after washing hands. The technicians wore the same pair of gloves that touched between surfaces and my mouth. But they claim to have high standards of infection control. unbeknownst to them that I once worked as infection control audit at a school of dentistry in England. So I know. But I will allow them to continue with this delusion. in silence I hope that they will reflect and improve on this. The physical handling of my mouth was rough. The dentist was just looking in silence. No questions asked. Maybe the dentist didn't know what to say? Guilt feeling? Or simply did not care at all. I was just a task to be dealt with anyway. The dental staff talked over me as though I were not there. I continued to sit quietly, patiently praying and trying so hard to kindly understand what was taking place as I participated wanting to get the procedure over and done with. As St Francis prayed, "God grant that I may never seek so much to be understood as to understand .." And because of this I owed myself an apology for feeling emotionally exploited and violated at that point. Now thinking it over on the day. I realized that they maybe overbooked, understaffed and exhausted bunch of people with suppressed issues against each other that could have impacted on their behavior and attitude hence the result, poor service. How humiliating. The dentist was simultaneously managing multiple patients at the same time, raising questions about whether adequate attention was being devoted to patient care and supervision. Finally, I was concern about the quality of the materials as the repeated failures and overall experience led me to question whether appropriate equipment and materials were being utilized. But they said that they use high quality materials but how do we know? They don't offer information on this, do they? As a paying patient for more than 5 years now, I entrusted this practice with my health and wellbeing. Instead, I left the office crying, physically injured, emotionally distressed, and betrayed by that trust. I believe every patient deserves competent care, respectful communication, proper infection control, informed consent, and procedures performed with skill and compassion esp during the procedure. In my letter, I expressed: "I do hope that by bringing these issues to your attention, steps will be taken to prevent similar experiences for other patients." This office is not bad really, the reception and admin staff can be friendly and smiling to your face. I did love coming here. But they don't treat the patients as family like they claim to be. Cause that day and time I was made to feel like a guinea pig. Shame on you indeed.

This is one of the most friendliest offices I've been to. I came here after having some issues w/…read morethe tooth from hell. Literally. I put this pain up there w/ my kidney stone, without the morphine available. I was at my wits end and was alternating between 3 alleve a day and orajel (which made it worse). This ended up being a cracked tooth (pre-molar) which only Dr. Jessy found. I find it hard to believe that in the course of 3 years and 3 different dentists in 3 different states couldnt find this problem and who simply told me to adjust myself to my tooth sensitivity by using sensadyne. I went to another dentist here in LV on Sahara after reading decent reviews about there sister location in N.lv on yelp. well..... thats a nother review but to sum up - he couldnt find it even after looking @ xrays. I walked in to dr. jessy's ofc praying to find out what in the blazes was wrong w/ my tooth that made me want to kill myself and he found it in a short 3-5 view of my tooth - even w/out an xray. He did xray this just to confirm, and indeed my tooth was cracked. I had a root canal and in the end almost a year later I had to get the entire tooth extracted and implant put in but I was just glad someone was able to help me. This place is definitely a pretty penny, but as they say you get what you pay for. I plan on keeping my teeth forever so its worth it to get rid of my pain and not have to repeat this type of hell ever again.
