Don't go there, unless you have unlimited funds to throw at them. They have you sign a contract,…read morekeep your card on file, and charge you monthly despite trying to cancel your contract. I put my account on freeze due to a medical illness. Fast forward a month (July 1st) after I was released from the hospital and I approached them to release the freeze. I was told I would have to pay AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE to release the freeze from my account. When I didn't want to do this, I was told I could wait until July 15th when the freeze automatically lifted and I would be charged my regular monthly fee. When I arrived on July 15th to resume tanning, I was then told the freeze wouldn't be lifted until AUGUST 15th, but again, I could pay the extra fee to remove the freeze. (Same girl both times). I cancelled my membership, went to Paradise Tanning where they do a month to month membership, DO NOT KEEP MY CARD ON FILE, and have a far cleaner atmosphere, nicely decorated, spacious rooms and NEW tanning beds. Sunset Tan could use some advice from Paradise Tan on how to treat their customers. What a ripoff.
