Hint: would be an excellent gift for a young lady if your looking for something neat to give a pretty lady. This store is not located along the main drag. Good location, nice people, nice clean salon. I booked a styling appointment- a blow out. The…read morestylist did an okay job, but she did not shampoo my hair. She ran it under water, applied product to the strands, not the scalp, rinsed that out and repeated with conditioner. At no time did she touch my scalp, much less shampoo my hair. Consequently the blow out lasted less than 24 hours before it was just flat, dirty hair. In my opinion and experience a blow out includes a shampoo, which means vigorous scrubbing of the scalp. This is more of a wet and style; the website should be clear on that detail.

I decided to try balyage in a silvery color with dark roots. Elisha did a wonderful job! My masseuse, Cheryl N. gave me the best neck and upper back massage I have ever had and I get massages about every month - she actually worked out all the kinks in my back. I left totally stuffy and relaxed. I followed up the treatments with a dip in the hot tub which looked out upon the snowy landscape. The changing room was a little basic but the soap in the showers was wonderfully scented and moisturizing. The changing room was also very well heated which I appreciated. Only minor complaints: no lotion in the changing room?? the lockers were a tad small for all the winter gear I had to remove and I would have liked water after steaming - maybe a water bottle outside the door??
