She is constantly late sometimes as long as 3 plus hours, she has lied to me, lied to the people seeing the house. When she lies and gets called out, she then sends another agent to do the next showing. She is so rude and today was just the last straw with her. While on a phone call she made a remark to me that was just totally out of line and just as unprofessional as everything else she has done. Worst of all there was a probability at one time of someone having covid. Failed to tell some prospective buyers of this fact after I advised her and sent another agent instead of coming herself. More than a few times buyers would show up at these appointments without her presence. I have had decades of experience in office settings and never saw anything like this. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. I would prefer 1/4 stars because of this agent just not possible.

We had a lot of issues with the house we are renting upon move in. From toilets to showers, pet…read moresoiled carpets, and not to mention the house was filthy. Granted, most of this is probably the owner's fault but I find it disappointing that the property manager had no knowledge of this and seemed blind sided when brought to their attention. However, my biggest concern is that WE HAVE NO HEAT (it's been about three weeks now). IT IS 31 DEGREES OUT THIS MORNING. They sent out a company that they've had issues with before over a week and a half ago. You would think that no heat would concern someone but it doesn't seem like it does at at. They gave us a space heater after we "complained" for the 5th time but it is completely useless. So, I guess we will put on two layers of clothes and four blankets while the property managers sleep soundly in their own warm homes. The only reason I am recommending this company is because most interactions with staff have been polite and they did take care of the other issues quickly. Other than that I am highly disappointed. Let me also remind you, that under the law no heat is considered an uninhabitable condition.

They processed my application, ran my credit, and approved me for the property. While I was away at SERE (good times) they gave the property to someone else despite multiple phone calls ahead of time coordinating with their office staff. Then the manager Norma said I was at fault and refused to refund my application fee. I explained that this is a small community and that is not a great way to treat Navy people. I was really hoping they would make it right and I politely requested they at least refund the fee, nothing. The manager said "they would not be doing that" and said she's not worried about their reputation. Do not make the same mistake I did!
