I picked a 30 minute time for a consult and was sent several reminders via text that they were not paid for their time for the consult and if I "no show I wouldn't be given another chance". I was gung ho to start the challenge knowing at some point there would be a twist. The twist was immediate-a $599 fee for the 6 weeks but if you lost 25lbs or a certain body fat percentage in that time you'd get you're money back-hence the "free". I was so disappointed by this bait and switch of sorts. They've such a good exercise plan of 9 3 min rounds that's so appealing but I just can't do it knowing how shady their sales approach is. *Update 7/17/2018 I posted one comment on their FB ad and they not only deleted it but blocked me as well. Again --- there is nothing "free" about them.

I am SO THANKFUL that I did. Pilates has changed my life and my body. Honestly, I think of it as a hybrid between physical therapy and a work out. I have pain in my back, neck, and shoulders. I've been to a physical therapist and chiropractors. Nothing helped. As for work outs, I have had several personal trainers. Nothing worked. Until Pilates! Becky is amazing on so many levels! She really listens to the client and comes up with the best plan, which is tailored to meet that particular client's needs.
