One thing David really stands out is his responsiveness and timely communications. Tips: believe it or not, best way to contact him is via email. There were many unexpected difficulties in the process of getting my home ready to list, including but not limited to a burst pipe from a cold snap and a couple of complicated issues that popped up with the city. Mia tackled any problem head on and essentially became a project manager, hiring painters, replacing carpet, hiring contractors to fix some of the mess left by insurance workers, as well as resolve the previous issues the house had. To top it all off, she staged the house wonderfully and we had a great looking listing, it almost felt like a whole new house. She truly went above and beyond the normal scope of an agent, and the only feelings I have after the close of the sale are feelings of gratefulness that I was able to find such an amazing agent, and also a bit of sadness knowing that moving out of state meant that I would have to find a new agent and it is often a very hit and miss industry. If you are reading this looking for an agent in the Seattle area, you will not go wrong in choosing Mia. She is punctual and puts in the time and effort necessary to ensure that you will not feel like you are just another client waiting for your turn in line to get a response, and you will not feel like your opinions, preferences, or worries are unheard. She understands the market well and will fight for you to get the best price you can. She truly went above and beyond for me and I have no doubts that she will do the same for any and all of her clients.
