The Drs here are amazing and really care about their patients, but unfortunately the front office…read moreMAs are not very welcoming. They eye each other and give looks that can make patients feel uncomfortable. Also, don't bother arriving early because no matter how early you check in, you will still be called back after your appointment time. I've waited 10-20 minutes past my appointment time just to be taken back, then another 15-20 minutes waiting in the room. I completely understand that sometimes appointments run longer because patients bring up additional concerns, but at some point those concerns should be scheduled for another visit out of fairness to patients who arrived on time for their appointments.

I'm 33 weeks pregnant waiting an hour 15 mins MINIMUM to be called back for my appt and that's just to be seen by an MA. I then have to wait for dr Diego another 30 mins. Totally unimpressed with Lisa Hunt. So arrogant! She has her groupies of course - but I guess I…read moredon't see what would cause patients to like or trust her. To me she seemed like a charlatan - insisting on expensive mail-in lab tests, and also suggesting costly "magic" vitamin potions. She likes to hear herself talk but I don't think she realizes how dull she is. Long winded diatribes and adnaseum health lectures. This is why the first appointment is so painfully long. At first I thought it was kind of cool to have an option for alternative medicine in Modesto. Then i experienced Lisa's lack of integrity and I was not fooled, although i spent a bunch of money to learn that lesson! Booooooooo!
