When you put a house on the market, you have a lot of questions, a lot of concerns, and a lot of fears. How long will it take for my house to sell? What do I have to do to get it ready? How do I coordinate selling my house and buying a new house? What if the appraisal comes in low? What if the buyer backs out? What if? What if? Tony and Krystin were great at answering our questions and explaining every scenario that could happen and what action we could take. Selling and buying a house is probably one of the most stressful actions we will ever undertake. I felt that Tony and Krystin shouldered much of that burden. When we received the inspection report for our current home, Tony and Krystin worked with us to remedy the items the buyers wanted fixed. They not only recommended great workers to make the repairs, they also made the arrangements to have the work scheduled and paid for. Tony even came himself to help with some of the repairs and made sure all the work was completed properly. After our house sold after two days on the market, Tony took us house hunting. At each house, he pointed out highs and lows. We found our new house in one day. When our new house was inspected, Tony came with us and explained what we should have the sellers remedy and what we should fix on our own. When you think about how much commission you have to pay when selling/buying a house, it makes you hesitate. Tony and Krystin work very hard every step of the way. By the time everything is said and done, you feel as if they earned EVERY penny. They are not the type of realtors who sit back and tell you what to do. They are fully involved at every step, and they truly care about your investment. I highly, highly recommend their services.

    I would give this place negative stars if I could....DO NOTrent from here for the following…read morereasons: (1) the units are very outdated & there are no plans to upgrade them any time soon, despite their rent prices reflecting "upgraded units" (2) they will verify your income, then charge you more for rent than what is posted on the site (ie: the website says the unit i rented from them a few months ago is now $150 cheaper than what they were charging me) (3) the walls are extremely thin & your neighbors will constantly call noise complaints on you. the rental office already understands how thin the walls are & refuse to do anything to help you, despite the bottom of the lease violation paperwork telling you to contact the office within 24-48 hours to resolve or you will have further action taken. (4) maintance takes forever, if at all, to respond to your requests - including ones that are considered emergent (ie: black flow flooding your unit because of old plumbing issues that never get resolved; the front & back doors of your unit not locking, resulting in your neighboring entering while you're not home (caught on video surveillance). (5) they will hold your security deposit for more than 30 days post you moving out & you will need to take them to smalls claims court to get any response from them. a friendly tip for those who still dumb enough to rent with them: ESCROW YOUR RENT AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING (including face to face visits with the office staff).

I had found a place, visited the property, had a deposit check written out and a lease on the way when we hit a snag: the woman renting to me discovered that I would be cohabiting with a same sex partner. She hid behind a policy of 1 person: 1 room. I explained that we were partners, and willing to both sign the lease. She denied me again, gritting her teeth in disgust. I reminded her that the city of columbus had a housing non-discrimination law (their office is technically in columbus). She said the property was in Bexley, that they were within their rights to deny same sex couples as I could not produce a marriage certificate which was at that time still banned. She also stated marriage was between a man and a woman. She then asked me to leave! I wanted to post this review because even though laws have changed, the attitudes and motives of this company need to be known.

    We've recently moved to Columbus, Ohio from New Jersey. And we rented a property via this company…read more It's been three months so far and we are very pleasant with our choice. There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. We are very glad that we chose this company instead of renting from a private landlord. I think they are very professional and have a high quality of customer service.

The house was advertised to be noise-proof but I can hear the neighbor's conversations. Not to mention the sounds of their dog walking around the house. It's not the neighbor's fault-- they are just living their lives. But wow, I have lived under at least 5 different housing management teams before and it has never been this bad. Maintenance requests do not get done until couple months later, and even if they come over to fix the said problem, I can't tell that it was properly fixed. I honestly can not WAIT until I can move out of this house. EDIT: Bijan (the landlord) and I had a conversation. We came to the consensus that there was quite a bit of miscommunication on both sides of the party. Bijan definitely cares about the tenants' well-being. Once a distinct & straight-forward maintenance system is placed, I have no problems with this management company.
