Review #1,123 Posted on 10.12.26…read more We flew into JFK on Wednesday September 16th, and out of JFK on Monday September 21st when coming to NY for my wife's 40th. JFK baggage terminal was pretty far from the gate, it was a bit of a trek, it's also the furthest airport from the NYNY I believe, getting there on Monday morning was a bit of a pain, but I guess it's to be expected. When we flew in on Wednesday is when we noticed how far the baggage terminal was. We ended up finally finding the way up to the next level and to the air train. I personally would just do the Uber ride share or regular Uber next time around, the other way from air train, to Long Island railway to MSG was a long time. I would fly out of JFK again, but would look to do LaGuardia first.

I was pleasantly surprised by this taxi service ,as most cabs on long island are using broken down unclean vehicles with reckless drivers with ever changing rates. With the pricing being similar, I would consider Aaron's superior in every way. if they service your area, use them.you wont regret it.

Had searched many reviews for car services and was coming across some wild ones- lguy that talks like a pirate - guy that yells at people, or the guy that drives fast and scares the ... yeah. We don't need that. was beginning to think I was going to have to carry him on my back to LaGuardia myself when I came across County Car Service. Reviews looked great. No pirates, no yelling, or crazy driving- just good stuff, so I gave Big Mike a call- we had a blast just booking the round trip ride. Big Mike notified me Kevin would be driving my husband on the round trip. Good communication all the way from both! Kevin arrived early on flight days here and at LGA - got husband there on time with great conversation both ways. Everything went better than perfect. Very reasonable prices Extremely clean, comfortable SUV Careful driver Thanks Big Mike and Kevin! You made my husband's rides a blast and gave me peace of mind! THANK YOU!

Most recently, five stars and many thanks to Shannan for booking our two week trip to Europe. She was extremely patient through the booking process. We changed one of our destinations two months after booking and it wasn't a problem. Shannan pulled through and within the hour had flights booked directly to London and refunds were processing! Thanks again Shannan for doing what you do!

On my last trip to Seattle, from LI, i decided to book (for the first time, ever) through a travel…read moreagency. Liberty Travel booked my trip which included a car rental. Upon my arrival at the Thrifty Car Rental, i was not prepared for the shock of denial 'because my credit score wasn't high enough'. In Seattle, with a car paid for, but no car for the weekend, i was incensed. i called Liberty Travel (on a Saturday, the right person was on holiday, etc.) so nothing could be resolved. When i returned to New York on Monday, Nancy was still out, but i produced evidence (provided by Thrifty Car Rental) of my denial of the use of a vehicle. The challenge was that i had given the money to Liberty Travel who in turn, paid Thrifty so the money had to be recovered by Liberty, before i could be refunded. When Nancy returned, she followed up on the issue and through her perseverance, i was refunded the cost of the car rental. Thank you for your excellent service.

I called other companies which answered with a machine, so I didn't bother to leave a message. I called for pick up to airport the same day and did not get any hassle. The driver Param came even 12 minutes early and patiently waited outside by my house. This was much better the Lyft or Uber where you know there is no complaints of how many luggages you have (we happen to be 2 people with 6 luggages). I couldn't write that on my Lyft app. So, I do recommend calling this company instead of using Lyft or Uber when you want airport service.
