Dave Saugen had a legacy of spying and recording young girls and the board of directors received many complaints from over 20 women who had experienced harassment and sexual advances from him and the current leaders have continued to ignore or bury the information. They actively prevented law enforcement from preforming a full investigation. They do not have the proper training and regularly have untrained individuals running high risk activities like the ropes course and canoe trips where the guides have never paddled before. I have worked for multiple retreat centers in my life and none have been so disgustingly run.
